Claims (23)
- 布地の基材の供給を行うことと、
デジタル型の第1のノズルを設けることと、

前記機能的組成物を前記第1のノズルから選択的に付着させ、前記基材に一連の機能的液滴を形成することと、

- デジタル型の第3のノズルを設けることと、
この第3のノズルへ下地組成物を供給することと、
前記機能的組成物を付着させる前に、前記第3のノズルから前記下地組成物を選択的に付着させ、前記基材に一連の下地液滴を形成することとをさらに具備し、前記機能的液滴は、実質的に前記下地液滴に付着される前記全ての請求項のいずれか1に記載の方法。 - 前記下地液滴は、前記機能的液滴の劣化を防止するための保護層を形成する請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記下地液滴は、前記機能的液滴の活性の速度を調整するための律速層を形成する請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記カプセル化液滴は、前記機能的液滴の劣化を防止するための保護層を形成する前記全ての請求項のいずれか1に記載の方法。
- 前記カプセル化液滴は、前記機能的液滴の活性の速度を調整するための律速層を形成する前記全ての請求項のいずれか1に記載の方法。
- 前記機能的組成物は、感温性であり、この機能的組成物の付着は、40℃未満の温度で行われる前記全ての請求項のいずれか1に記載の方法。
- 前記機能的組成物は、環境条件に対して反応を示し、前記機能的液滴とカプセル化液滴との付着は、調整された環境で行なわれる前記全ての請求項のいずれか1に記載の方法。
- 前記ノズルは、コンティニュアスインクジェット型であり、液滴が、連続ジェットによる付着により付着される前記全ての請求項のいずれか1に記載の方法。
- 前記ノズルは、多重偏向型であり、液滴が、前記液滴を帯電させ、これら液滴を電界を使用して前記基材へ導くことにより付着され、この際、前記電荷又は前記電界のいずれかが変化する請求項13に記載の方法。
- 布地の供給方向にほぼ垂直に整列されたデジタル型の前記第1、第2および/または第3の配列の静止したノズルを設けることをさらに具備する前記全ての請求項のいずれか1に記載の方法。
- 選択的に付着された複数の機能的液滴を有する布地の基材を具備し、各機能的液滴は、カプセル化液滴によって少なくとも部分的にカプセル化されている品質の向上した布地。
- 前記機能的液滴は、生物剤を有する請求項16に記載の品質の向上した布地。
- 前記機能的液滴は、薬用剤を有する請求項16に記載の品質の向上した布地。
- 前記機能的液滴は、指示薬を有する請求項16に記載の品質の向上した布地。
- 下地液滴をさらに具備し、この下地液滴とカプセル化液滴とは、前記機能的液滴を少なくとも部分的にカプセル化するように協働する請求項16乃至19のいずれか1に記載の品質の向上した布地。
- 前記カプセル化液滴および/または前記下地液滴は、前記機能的液滴の劣化を防止するための保護層を有する請求項16乃至20のいずれか1に記載の品質の向上した布地。
- 前記カプセル化液滴および/または前記下地液滴は、前記機能的液滴の活性の速度を調整するための律速層を有する請求項16乃至21のいずれか1に記載の品質の向上した布地。
- 複数のデジタル型ノズルを具備し、請求項1乃至15のいずれか1に記載の方法により布地の基材に機能的組成物の液滴を設ける装置。
