Claims (2)
- 熱可塑性ポリマーを備える第1の部材と熱可塑性ポリマーを備える第2の部材とを互いに接触させるとともに、レーザ光が前記第1の部材を通過して前記第2の部材に接触するようにレーザ光による前記第1の部材の表面の照射により前記第1および第2の部材を溶着し、さらに前記第2の部材が前記レーザ光が前記第2の部材に接触する点で前記レーザ光を吸収可能であるレーザ溶接装置であって、
レーザ光照射手段と、
前記第1および第2の部材を所定の位置に保持または固定する固定手段と、
前記第1の部材上に保護領域を形成する手段とを備えることを特徴とするレーザ溶接装置。 - 熱可塑性ポリマーを備える第1の部材を熱可塑性ポリマーを備える第2の部材と接触させるとともに、レーザ光が前記第1の部材を通過して前記第2の部材に接触するようにレーザ光による前記第1の部材の表面の照射により前記第1および第2の部材を溶着し、さらに前記第2の部材が前記レーザ光が前記第2の部材に接触する点で前記レーザ光を吸収可能であり、さらに前記第1の部材の表面をレーザ光で照射しつつ保護領域を前記第1の部材上に形成することを特徴とする、2つの部材をレーザ溶接する方法。
