Abstract
Description
本明細書中に記載されるフローリングシートの一実施の形態は、表1に示される組成に従って作成される。所与の組成が、「低密度添加剤を含む繊維セメント建築材料(Fiber Cement Building Materials with Low Density Additives)」と題した米国特許第6,572,697の範囲内の1つの例示的な組成を示すのみであり、本明細書中にて検討され且つ開示されるフローリングシートのすべての実施の形態を構成するものではないことを理解されたい。
Claims (37)
- 湿潤領域フローリングでの使用に好適な繊維強化セメント接合フローリングシートであって、従来の圧縮繊維セメント湿潤領域フローリングよりも低密度であり、釘打ち可能である、前記フローリングシート。
- 前記シートが、中心が450mm離間された支持部材上の屋内建築フローリング用の荷重要件を満たすように十分な強度がある、請求項1に記載のフローリングシート。
- 約1.5g/cm3未満の乾燥密度を有する、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のフローリングシート。
- 約1.25g/cm3未満の乾燥密度を有する、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のフローリングシート。
- 10mmから約30mmの厚さを有する、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1つに記載のフローリングシート。
- 16mmから約22mmの厚さを有する、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1つに記載のフローリングシート。
- 約19mmの厚さを有する、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1つに記載のフローリングシート。
- 乾燥又は水で飽和され、その長手に沿って中心間距離が450mmで支持されるときに、最大5kPaの均等分布荷重に耐えるのに十分な曲げ強さを有する、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1つに記載のフローリングシート。
- 乾燥又は水で飽和され、その長手に沿って中心間距離が450mmで支持されるときに、最大9kPaの均等分布荷重に耐えるのに十分な曲げ強さを有する、請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1つに記載のフローリングシート。
- 吸湿性に耐え得るように構成された表面コーティングでシールされた少なくとも1つの表面を有する、請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1つに記載のフローリングシート。
- 前記表面コーティングが高分子材料から形成される、請求項10に記載のフローリングシート。
- 前記表面コーティングがシートの外面に塗布される、請求項10又は請求項11のいずれか1つに記載のフローリングシート。
- 前記表面コーティングがシートのほぼ全面に塗布される、請求項10から請求項12のいずれか1つに記載のフローリングシート。
- 前記表面コーティングが、タイル接着剤及び床敷き材料に結合されるように構成される、請求項10から請求項13のいずれか1つに記載のフローリングシート。
- 補強材料の略連続した層で強化される、請求項1から請求項14のいずれか1つに記載のフローリングシート。
- 前記補強材料が、金属、プラスチック、無機繊維、高分子繊維、ガラス繊維、高分子被膜ガラス繊維、及び、炭素繊維から成る群から選択される少なくとも1つの材料から形成される、請求項15に記載のフローリングシート。
- 前記補強材料の補強層がシートの外面間に位置付けられる、請求項15又は請求項16に記載のフローリングシート。
- 前記補強材料が、前記シートの素地形成の際に外側層の間に埋設される、請求項17に記載のフローリングシート。
- 前記補強材料がシートの外面を形成する、請求項17に記載のフローリングシート。
- 前記補強材料が、シートの外側層の硬化後に、前記シートの外側層の間にはさまれる、請求項17に記載のフローリングシート。
- 前記補強材料がアルカリ耐性であるように構成される、請求項17から請求項20のいずれか1つに記載のフローリングシート。
- 湿潤領域用のモジュラー・フローリングシステムであって、請求項1から請求項21のいずれか1つに記載された少なくとも1つのフローリングシートと、略共通の支持面を形成するように前記フローリングシートを隣接するシートと連結して係合させ得る相補的接続手段と、を有する、前記モジュラー・フローリングシステム。
- 前記隣接するシートが、パーティクルボードから実質的に形成される、請求項22に記載のモジュラー・フローリングシステム。
- 前記隣接するシートが、請求項1から請求項21のいずれか1つに記載のフローリングシートである、請求項22に記載のモジュラー・フローリングシステム。
- 前記フローリング・シートがほぼ矩形であり、前記接続手段が各シートの少なくとも1つの長手方向エッジ上に配置される、請求項22から請求項24のいずれか1つに記載のモジュラー・フローリングシステム。
- 前記接続手段が、各フローリングシートの両方の長手方向のエッジに沿って延出する、請求項25に記載のモジュラー・フローリングシステム。
- 前記接続手段が、各フローリング・シートの長手方向の対向エッジ上にそれぞれ配置される舌部及び溝部の形成物を含み、それによって、1つのシートの舌部と隣接するシートの溝部が隣接するシート間で確実な連結を行なう、

- 前記連結部材が、連結材料の細長片を有する、請求項30に記載のモジュラー・フローリングシステム。
- 前記フローリングシートが、マイクロスフェア、パーライト、又は火山灰を含む繊維強化セメント形成体から実質的に形成される、請求項22から請求項31のいずれか1つに記載のモジュラー・フローリングシステム。
- 請求項22から請求項32のいずれか1つに記載されるモジュラー・フローリングシステムを設置する方法であって、支持基盤上に少なくとも2枚のフローリングシートを配置し、共通の面となる支持面を形成するように、隣接するシート上の接続手段を係合するステップを含む、前記モジュラー・フローリングシステムの設置方法。
- 前記支持基盤が離間配置された枠組み部材から構成される、請求項33に記載の方法。
- フローリングシートを支持基盤に固定する更なるステップを含む、請求項33又は請求項34に記載の方法。
- フローリングシートが、釘打ち、ねじ止め、及び接着を含む群から選択される固定手段によって支持表面に固定される、請求項35に記載の方法。
