Abstract
I.選択された層厚で透明なポリアミド成形材料からなる上側に存在する層
II.以下の成分を含有するポリアミド成形材料からなる下側に存在する層
a)以下の成分から選択されるポリアミド70〜99質量%
α)ラクタムモノマーまたは6、7、8、9、10、11または12個の炭素原子を有する相当するω−アミノカルボン酸から製造可能なポリアミド
β)それぞれ6〜18個の炭素原子を有するジアミンおよびジカルボン酸をベースとするポリアミド、
γ)α)およびβ)に記載されるポリアミドおよび二官能性オリゴアルキレングリコールをベースとするオリゴマーの、二官能性成分から製造可能なポリアミドエラストマー、
δ)以下の成分から製造可能なコポリアミド
ラクタムモノマーまたは6、7、8、9、10、11または12個の炭素原子を有する相当するω−アミノカルボン酸またはそれぞれ6〜18個の炭素原子を有する線状、脂肪族ジアミンと線状、脂肪族、または芳香族ジカルボン酸からなる実質的に等モルの混合物50〜99.9モル%、および
ジアミンおよびジカルボン酸の組合せ0.1〜50モル%、
この場合にジアミンおよびジカルボン酸はモル割合を計算する場合はそれぞれ単独に数え、ジアミンまたはジカルボン酸の一方または両方が場合により他の成分の場合に使用されるジアミンもしくは場合により他の成分の際に使用されるジカルボン酸と相違し、または
場合により使用される主成分のラクタムもしくは相当するω−アミノカルボン酸と異なるラクタムもしくは相当するω−アミノカルボン酸
b)以下のモノマーの単位を含有するコポリマー1〜30質量%、
α)2〜12個の炭素原子を有する1種以上のα−オレフィン20〜94.5質量%

Description
I.選択された層厚で透明なポリアミド成形材料からなる上側に存在する層
II.以下の成分を含有するポリアミド成形材料からなる下側に存在する層
a)以下の成分から選択されるポリアミド70〜99質量%、有利に80〜98質量%、特に90〜97質量%
α)ラクタムモノマーまたは6、7、8、9、10、11または12個の炭素原子を有する相当するω−アミノカルボン酸から製造可能なポリアミド
β)6〜18個の炭素原子を有するジアミンおよびジカルボン酸をベースとするポリアミド、例えばPA6、PA66、PA68、PA610、PA612、PA88、PA810、PA1010、PA1012またはPA1212、
γ)α)およびβ)に記載されるポリアミド(Mn=200〜10000、有利に600〜7000、特に800〜5000)および二官能性オリゴアルキレングリコール(Mn=120〜6000、有利に200〜4000、特に250〜2500)をベースとするオリゴマーの、二官能性成分から製造可能なポリアミドエラストマー、
δ)以下の成分から製造可能なコポリアミド
ラクタムまたは6、7、8、9、10、11または12個の炭素原子を有する相当するω−アミノカルボン酸またはそれぞれ6〜18個の炭素原子を有するジアミンとジカルボン酸からなる実質的に等モルの混合物、その際ジアミンおよびジカルボン酸は組成を計算する場合にそれぞれ単独に数える、50〜99.9モル%、有利に60〜99モル%、特に70〜98モル%、特に有利に80〜97モル%、および
ジアミンおよびジカルボン酸からなる実質的に等モルの混合物、その際ジアミンまたはジカルボン酸の一方または両方が場合により他の成分の場合に使用されるジアミンもしくは他の成分の際に使用されるジカルボン酸と相違する、または
場合により使用される主成分のラクタムもしくは相当するω−アミノカルボン酸と異なる、ラクタムもしくは相当するω−アミノカルボン酸0.1〜50モル%、有利に1〜40モル%、特に2〜30モル%、特に有利に3〜20モル%、きわめて有利に4〜15モル%または4〜10モル%、ジアミンおよびジカルボン酸はこの場合も組成を計算する場合はそれぞれ単独に数える。可能な実施態様においてジアミンまたはジカルボン酸の一方または両方が線状、分枝状、脂環式または芳香族である。
b)以下のモノマーの単位を含有するコポリマー1〜30質量%、有利に2〜20質量%、特に3〜10質量%、
α)2〜12個の炭素原子を有する1種以上のα−オレフィン20〜94.5質量%
β)以下のものから選択される1種以上のアクリル化合物5〜79.5質量%
アクリル酸もしくはメタクリル酸もしくはその塩
場合により遊離ヒドロキシル官能基またはエポキシ官能基を有することができるC1〜C12−アルコールとアクリル酸もしくはメタクリル酸のエステル
アクリロニトリルもしくはメタクリロニトリル
アクリルアミドもしくはメタクリルアミド
γ)オレフィン不飽和エポキシド、カルボン酸無水物、カルボン酸イミド、オキサゾリンまたはオキサジノン0〜50質量%、有利に0.1〜30質量%、特に0.5〜20質量%。
α)ラクタムまたは6、7、8、9、10、11または12個の炭素原子を有する相当するω−アミノカルボン酸または線状脂肪族ジアミンと線状脂肪族または芳香族ジカルボン酸の実質的に等モルの混合物、その際ジアミンおよびジカルボン酸はそれぞれ6〜18個の炭素原子を含有し、組成を計算する場合はそれぞれ単独に数える、50〜99.9モル%、有利に60〜99モル%、特に70〜98モル%、特に有利に80〜97モル%、きわめて有利に85〜96モル%または90〜96モル%、および
β)ジアミンとジカルボン酸の実質的に等モルの混合物、その際ジアミンまたは
ジカルボン酸の一方または両方が場合によりα)に使用されるジアミンもしくは場合によりα)に使用されるジカルボン酸と相違する、または場合により使用される成分α)のラクタムもしくは相当するω−アミノカルボン酸と相違する、ラクタムもしくは相当するω−アミノカルボン酸、0.1〜50モル%、有利に1〜40モル%、特に2〜30モル%、特に有利に3〜20モル%、きわめて有利に4〜15モル%または4〜10モル%、ジアミンおよびジカルボン酸はこの場合に組成を計算する場合はそれぞれ単独に数える。可能な実施態様において、ジアミンまたはジカルボン酸の一方または両方は線状、分枝状、脂環式または芳香族である。
6〜14個の炭素原子を有する線状脂肪族ジカルボン酸および
a)トランス、トランス−ビス(4−アミノシクロヘキシル)メタン35〜60モル%および
b)他の脂肪族、脂環式、アル脂肪族または芳香族ジアミン65〜40モル%
から形成されるジアミン成分。
a)α−オレフィン、例えばエチレン、プロペン、1−ブテン、1−ペンテン、1−ヘキセン、1−オクテン、1−デセンまたは1−ドデセン、
b)アクリル酸、メタクリル酸またはその塩、例えば対イオンとしてNa+またはZn2+を有する塩、メチルアクリレート、エチルアクリレート、n−プロピルアクリレート、n−ブチルアクリレート、イソブチルアクリレート、n−ヘキシルアクリレート、n−オクチルアクリレート、2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート、イソノニルアクリレート、ドデシルアクリレート、メチルメタクリレート、エチルメタクリレート、n−プロピルメタクリレート、n−ブチルメタクリレート、イソブチルメタクリレート、2−エチルヘキシルメタクリレート、ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート、4−ヒドロキシブチルメタクリレート、グリシジルアクリレート、グリシジルメタクリレート、アクリロニトリル、メタクリロニトリル、アクリルアミド、N−メチルアクリルアミド、N,N−ジメチルアクリルアミド、N−エチルアクリルアミド、N−ヒドロキシエチルアクリルアミド、N−プロピルアクリルアミド、N−ブチルアクリルアミド、N−(2−エチルヘキシル)アクリルアミド、メタクリルアミド、N−メチルメタクリルアミド、N,N−ジメチルメタクリルアミド、N−エチルメタクリルアミド、N−ヒドロキシエチルメタクリルアミド、N−プロピルメタクリルアミド、N−ブチルメタクリルアミド、N,N−ジブチルメタクリルアミド、N−(2−エチルヘキシル)メタクリルアミド、
c)ビニルオキシラン、アリルオキシラン、グリシジルアクリレート、グリシジルメタクリレート、無水マレイン酸、アコニット酸無水物、無水イタコン酸、更にこれらの無水物から水との反応によって生じるジカルボン酸、マレインイミド、N−メチルマレインイミド、N−エチルマレインイミド、N−ブチルマレインイミド、N−フェニルマレインイミド、アコニット酸イミド、N−メチルアコニット酸イミド、N−フェニルアコニット酸イミド、イタコン酸イミド、N−メチルイタコン酸イミド、N−フェニルイタコン酸イミド、N−アクリロイルカプロラクタム、N−メタクリロイルカプロラクタム、N−アクリロイルラウリンラクタム、N−メタクリロイルラウリンラクタム、ビニルオキサゾリン、イソプロペニルオキサゾリン、アリルオキサゾリン、ビニルオキサジノン、またはイソプロペニルオキサジノン。グリシジルアクリレートまたはグリシジルメタクリレートを使用する場合は、これは同時にアクリル化合物b)としても機能し、グリシジル(メタ)アクリレートの量が十分な場合は他のアクリル化合物を含有することが必要でない。
a)2〜12個の炭素原子を有する1種以上のα−オレフィン20〜94.5質量%
b)以下のものから選択される1種以上のアクリル化合物0〜79.5質量%
アクリル酸もしくはメタクリル酸もしくはその塩
アクリル酸もしくはメタクリル酸とC1〜C12−アルコールのエステル
アクリロニトリルもしくはメタクリロニトリル
アクリルアミドもしくはメタクリルアミド
c)エポキシ基を有するアクリル酸またはメタクリル酸のエステル0.5〜80質量%、その際b)およびc)の合計は少なくとも5.5質量%である。
結晶子融点Tm163℃を有する、ラウリンラクタム(85モル%)、イソホロンジアミン(7.5モル%)および1,12−ドデカン二酸(7.5モル%)からなるコポリアミドは厚さ0.4mmの単層フィルムとしてスクリーン印刷インキおよびエポキシ樹脂接着剤に対する良好な付着および良好な透明度を示した。しかしフィルムは印刷もしくは接着剤での処理の際に脆弱化した。
数平均分子量約4300を有するPA12ブロックおよび数平均分子量約1000を有するオリゴテトラヒドロフランブロックから形成された、Tm171℃を有するポリエーテルエステルアミド66.5質量%、PA12 28.5質量%、およびアクリル酸割合15質量%を有するエチレン−コ−アクリル酸コポリマー(ESCOR(登録商標)5200、Exxon Mobil Chemocals)5質量%からなる成形材料は厚さ0.4mmの単層フィルムとしてスクリーン印刷インキおよびエポキシ樹脂接着剤に対する良好な付着を示し、印刷もしくは接着剤での処理の際に脆弱化しなかった。しかしフィルムの透明度はおそらく十分であると評価された。
比較例1のコポリアミド(層厚0.3mm)および比較例2の成形材料(層厚0.1mm)から二層フィルムを製造した。前記フィルムは良好な透明度を有した。スクリーン印刷により印刷し、(比較例2の成形材料の面に、両面に)エポキシ樹脂接着剤で接着した後にスクリーン印刷インキおよびエポキシ樹脂接着剤に対する良好な付着を示し、脆弱化を示さなかった。
Claims (3)
- 以下の層を有する多層フィルム:
I.選択された層厚で透明なポリアミド成形材料からなる上側に存在する層
II.以下の成分を含有するポリアミド成形材料からなる下側に存在する層
a)以下の成分から選択されるポリアミド70〜99質量%
α)ラクタムモノマーまたは6、7、8、9、10、11または12個の炭素原子を有する相当するω−アミノカルボン酸から製造可能なポリアミド
β)それぞれ6〜18個の炭素原子を有するジアミンおよびジカルボン酸をベースとするポリアミド、
γ)α)およびβ)に記載されるポリアミドおよび二官能性オリゴアルキレングリコールをベースとするオリゴマーの、二官能性成分から製造可能なポリアミドエラストマー、
δ)以下の成分から製造可能なコポリアミド
ラクタムモノマーまたは6、7、8、9、10、11または12個の炭素原子を有する相当するω−アミノカルボン酸またはそれぞれ6〜18個の炭素原子を有する線状、脂肪族ジアミンと線状、脂肪族、または芳香族ジカルボン酸からなる実質的に等モルの混合物50〜99.9モル%、および
ジアミンおよびジカルボン酸の組合せ0.1〜50モル%、
この場合にジアミンおよびジカルボン酸はモル割合を計算する場合はそれぞれ単独に数え、ジアミンまたはジカルボン酸の一方または両方が場合により他の成分の場合に使用されるジアミンもしくは場合により他の成分の際に使用されるジカルボン酸と相違し、または
場合により使用される主成分のラクタムもしくは相当するω−アミノカルボン酸と異なるラクタムもしくは相当するω−アミノカルボン酸
b)以下のモノマーの単位を含有するコポリマー1〜30質量%、
α)2〜12個の炭素原子を有する1種以上のα−オレフィン20〜94.5質量%
β)以下のものから選択される1種以上のアクリル化合物5〜79.5質量%
アクリル酸もしくはメタクリル酸もしくはその塩
場合により遊離ヒドロキシル官能基またはエポキシ官能基を有することができるC1〜C12−アルコールとアクリル酸もしくはメタクリル酸のエステル
アクリロニトリルもしくはメタクリロニトリル
アクリルアミドもしくはメタクリルアミド
γ)オレフィン不飽和エポキシド、カルボン酸無水物、カルボン酸イミド、オキサゾリンまたはオキサジノン0〜50質量%。 - Iによる層が厚さ0.02〜1mmを有し、IIによる層が厚さ0.02〜0.6mmを有する請求項1記載のフィルム。
- スキーまたはスノーボード用の上側被覆である請求項1または2記載のフィルム。
