Abstract
Description
疎水性触媒の作成
20gのB958−30(すなわちエンゲルハルト社のコバルト系フィッシャ・トロプシュ触媒)を100℃にて1時間乾燥させ、次いで冷却し、これを密封しうるガラス容器に秤量して入れ、誘導化グレードのシリル化用試薬[ビス(トリメチルシリル)トリフルオロアセタミド]を添加して触媒を完全に浸漬させた。容器を密封すると共に、冷凍機に約4℃にて1晩貯蔵した。16時間にわたる浸漬の後、上澄液を固形物から排液し、処理された触媒を風乾させた。
疎水性触媒の試験
10.0ml(14.5g)の処理触媒を固定床反応器に充填すると共に、次のように活性化させた:
標準触媒の試験
10ml(14.3g)の「受入時の」エンゲルハルト社の触媒B958−30を固定床反応器に充填すると共に、実施例2に前記した方法を用いて活性化させた。
Claims (19)
- 合成ガスから液体炭化水素への変換のための支持体とフィッシャ・トロプシュ金属とを含有する改変触媒組成物において、シリル化用化合物改質剤を前記触媒組成物に添加することを特徴とする改質触媒組成物。
- シリル化用化合物を触媒作成の際または処理後の段階、好ましくは処理後の段階に際し添加する請求項1に記載の触媒組成物。
- シリル化用化合物が有機珪素化合物から選択される請求項1または2に記載の触媒組成物。
- シリル化用化合物がトリメチル珪素化合物から選択され、特に好ましくはトリメチルシリルクロライド、ビス(トリメチルシリル)トリフルオロアセタミド、N−メチル−N−(トリメチルシリル)トリフルオロアセタミドおよびその混合物から選択される請求項3に記載の触媒組成物。
- シリル化用化合物がビス(トリメチルシリル)トリフルオロアセタミドである請求項4に記載の触媒組成物。
- フィッシャ・トロプシュ金属が好ましくは鉄、コバルト、ルテニウム、およびニッケル、並びにモリブデン、タングステン、レニウムなどから選択される第VIII族金属である請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の触媒組成物。
- フィッシャ・トロプシュ金属が鉄および/またはコバルトである請求項6に記載の触媒組成物。
- 支持体がアルミナ、シリカ、チタニア、酸化亜鉛もしくはその混合物から選択され、好ましくは酸化亜鉛である請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の触媒組成物。
- 100m2/g未満の表面積を有する無機酸化物に支持された0.1〜20重量%のコバルト(湿潤支持体)とレニウム、白金もしくはパラジウム(主たる触媒金属でない場合)、アルミニウム、レニウム、ハフニウム、セリウム、ランタンおよびジルコニウムから選択されるプロモータとを含有し、前記プロモータがコバルトより少ない量にて存在すると共にプロモータ:金属の重量比が少なくとも1:10である請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の触媒組成物。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の改質支持フィッシャ・トロプシュ触媒組成物の存在下における合成ガスから液体炭化水素への変換方法。
- 支持体上におけるフィッシャ・トロプシュ金属からなるフィッシャ・トロプシュ触媒の製造方法において、触媒をシリル化用化合物で改質することを特徴とするフィッシャ・トロプシュ触媒の製造方法。
- シリル化用化合物を触媒作成に際しまたは処理後段階に際し、好ましくは処理後段階にて添加する請求項11に記載の方法。
- シリル化用化合物を有機珪素化合物から選択する請求項11または12に記載の方法。
- シリル化用化合物をトリメチル珪素化合物から、特に好ましくはトリメチルシリルクロライド、ビス(トリメチルシリル)トリフルオロアセタミド、N−メチル−N−(トリメチルシリル)トリフルオロアセタミドおよびその混合物から選択する請求項13に記載の方法。
- シリル化用化合物がビス(トリメチルシリル)トリフルオロアセタミドである請求項14に記載の方法。
- フィッシャ・トロプシュ金属が好ましくは鉄、コバルト、ルテニウムおよびニッケル並びにモリブデン、タングステン、レニウムなどから選択される第VIII族金属である請求項11〜15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- フィッシャ・トロプシュ金属が鉄および/またはコバルトである請求項16に記載の方法。
- 支持体をアルミナ、シリカ、チタニア、酸化亜鉛もしくはその混合物から選択し、好ましくは酸化亜鉛である請求項11〜17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項11〜18のいずれか一項に記載の方法により作成された改質支持フィッシャ・トロプシュ触媒組成物の存在下における合成ガスから液体炭化水素への変換方法。
