Description
Claims (8)
- 骨接合用ねじ(15)によって第一の骨片(1)にねじ込まれるように適合されている支持スクリュー(7)と、支持スクリュー(7)が長手方向で自由に変位可能となるように支持スクリューを包囲して案内する支持スリーブ(6)と、少なくとも1つのねじ穴(5)を有して上記第二の骨片(2)に固定することのできる骨接合板(3)であり、雄ねじ(9)によって上記骨接合板の上記ねじ穴(5)に上記支持スリーブ(6)をねじ込まれるようになっている骨接合板とを備えた、第一の骨片(1)を第二の骨片(2)に固定するための整形外科的固定システムにおいて、
一方では上記骨接合用ねじ(15)が、他方では上記ねじ穴(5)、及び上記雄ねじ(9)が、同じピッチのねじの巻き(16;17、18、19)を有すること、及び
上記骨接合用ねじ(15)が1つのねじの巻き(16)を有し、上記ねじ穴(5)ならびに上記雄ねじ(9)が、隣接して位置する少なくとも2つのねじの巻き(17、18、19)を有し、各ねじの巻き(17、18、19)の幅が相応に小さくなっていること、
を特徴とする整形外科的固定システム。 - 請求項1に記載の固定システムであって、上記ねじ穴(5)、及び上記雄ねじ(9)が、隣接して位置する3つのねじの巻き(17、18、19)を有することを特徴とする固定システム。
- 先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の固定システムであって、上記骨接合板(3)が、支持スリーブ(6)を受けるための数個のねじ穴(5)を有することを特徴とする固定システム。
- 先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の固定システムであって、上記支持スリーブ(6)が、支持スクリュー(7)の軸区域(13)の円筒形外壁に近接する円筒形内壁(10)を有することを特徴とする固定システム。
- 請求項4に記載の固定システムであって、上記円筒形内壁(10)、及び上記円筒形軸区域(13)が、上記支持スリーブ(6)の雄ねじの端部に向かって段状に広がっているため、その結果生じる段(11)が、支持スクリュー(7)の、上記骨接合用ねじ(15)に向かう方向への上記支持スリーブ(6)からの撤退運動を限定する止めを形成することを特徴とする固定システム。
- 先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の固定システムであって、上記支持スクリュー(7)が、回転具(25)の形状係止を導入するための受け孔(26)を、上記骨接合用ねじ(15)の反対側に位置する上記支持スクリューの端部に有することを特徴とする固定システム。
- 先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の固定システムであって、回転具(27)の形状係止を導入するため、上記支持スリーブ(6)が、上記支持スリーブの雄ねじの端部で、上記支持スリーブの内壁(10)に拡張部(12)を有することを特徴とする固定システム。
- 請求項6及び7に記載の上記支持スクリュー(7)、及び上記支持スリーブ(6)を内外に同時に旋回させるための回転機器(23)において、上記受け孔(26)に形状係止式に挿入可能な第一の回転具(25)と、上記拡張部(12)に形状係止式に挿入可能な第二の回転具(27)とが、自由端で上記支持スリーブ(6)に導入可能な細長い軸(24)上に用意されており、前記第二の回転具が、上記第一の回転具(25)に対して上記軸(24)上の或る距離のところにあることを特徴とする回転機器。
