Description
本願は、2005年1月31日に出願した「電力系統の送電線情報を決定するシステム及び方法(System and Method for Determining Power System Transmission Line Information)」というタイトルの同時係属中の米国特許仮出願60/648,466号の優先権を主張するものであり、この出願は本明細書に完全に援用される。
Claims (16)
- 入力電圧を電気負荷に印加し、
前記電気負荷の定常動作の際に前記入力電圧の電圧降下を検出し、
前記電圧降下に応えてインピーダンスを前記電気負荷に加える、
ことを含む、
前記入力電圧が通常の動作レベルの電圧に戻る際の前記電気負荷への突入電流を制限する、
方法。 - 前記電圧降下が所定の期間維持される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記入力電圧が通常の動作レベルの電圧に戻ると前記インピーダンスを取り除くことを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 所定の時間経過後に前記インピーダンスを取り除くことを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記突入電流が所定の期間に所定の値を越えた場合に前記電気負荷を取り除くことを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 入力電圧を電気負荷に印加し、
前記電気負荷の定常動作の際に前記入力電圧の電圧降下を検出する手段と、
前記電圧降下に応えてインピーダンスを前記電気負荷に加える手段と、
を含む、
前記入力電圧が通常の動作レベルの電圧に戻る際の前記負荷への突入電流を制限する、
システム。 - 前記電気負荷への前記突入電流が所定の期間に所定の値を越えた場合に前記電気負荷を取り除く手段を更に含む、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 電気負荷の定常動作の際に入力電圧の電圧降下を検出するように構成された回路と、
電源と前記電気負荷との間に接続されるよう構成された電流制限デバイスと、
前記回路から制御信号を受け取り、該制御信号に基づいて前記電流制限デバイスを作動させるアクチベータと、
を含む、システム。 - 前記電源が交流(AC)電源である、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記電気負荷への突入電流が所定の期間に所定の値を越えた場合、前記電気負荷の電源を切るように構成された回路ブレーカを更に含む、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記電圧降下が所定の期間維持される、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記回路が、整流器、コンデンサ及び電源インピーダンスを含むシミュレート電源である、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記回路がマイクロプロセッサである、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記回路がソリッドステートデバイスである、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記電流制限デバイスが負温度係数(NTC)抵抗器である、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記電流制限デバイスが抵抗器及びトライアックを含む、請求項8に記載のシステム。
