Description
Claims (8)
- 第1のデータストリーム(D1)に対する第1の入力接続部及び第2のデータストリーム(D2)に対する第2の入力接続部と、
前記データストリームの各々に対して1つずつ設けられた第1の偏波形成器(510、610、710)及び第2の偏波形成器(511、611、711)と、
第1の偏波の第1のアンテナ(530、630、730)及び第2の偏波の第2のアンテナ(532、632、732)と、を具備し、
前記アンテナは、それぞれ1つの増幅器(520、620、720;522、622、722)を更に具備する携帯電話システムにおける無線基地局のアンテナ装置(500、600、700)であって、
前記偏波形成器からの出力が、前記第1のアンテナ及び前記第2のアンテナの各々に対する入力として組合されるように、前記装置は、第1の組合せ器(515、615、715)及び第2の組合せ器(516、616、716)を更に具備することを特徴とするアンテナ装置。 - 前記第1のアンテナ及び前記第2のアンテナの各々は、同一の位相中心を有する少なくとも1つの放射要素をそれぞれ具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアンテナ装置。
- 前記第1の偏波形成器(510、610、710)及び前記第2の偏波形成器(511、611、711)の各々は、前記第1のアンテナ(530、630、730)及び前記第2のアンテナ(532、632、732)に対する入力として組合せることができる2つの出力を供給することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のアンテナ装置。
- 前記偏波形成器は、入力データストリームを2つのデータストリームに分割し、前記2つのデータストリームを相互間に位相差を伴って出力でき、
前記データストリームのうち第1のデータストリームは、前記組合せ器のうち第1の組合せ器に対する入力として使用され、
前記データストリームのうち第2のデータストリームは、前記組合せ器のうち第2の組合せ器に対する入力として使用される
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のアンテナ装置。 - 前記第1のアンテナ及び前記第2のアンテナのうち少なくとも一方のアンテナは、
該アンテナの第1のアンテナ要素として、同一の偏波を有する少なくとも1つの別の放射要素を更に具備し、
前記装置は、該アンテナに対してビーム形成器を更に具備し、
前記ビーム形成器は、その出力端子により前記アンテナの放射要素のうち少なくとも2つの放射要素に接続され、
前記ビーム形成器は、前記偏波形成器から出力される前記データストリームのうち一方をその入力として使用する
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のアンテナ装置。 - 前記ビーム形成器は、入力データストリームを2つのデータストリームに分割し、前記2つのデータストリームを相互間に位相差を伴って出力することができ、
前記データストリームのうち第1のデータストリームは、前記組合せ器のうち第1の組合せ器に対する入力として使用され、
前記データストリームのうち第2のデータストリームは、前記組合せ器のうち第2の組合せ器に対する入力として使用される
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のアンテナ装置。 - 少なくとも第3のデータストリームに対する入力接続部を更に具備し、
前記装置は、前記少なくとも第3のデータストリームに対する第1の追加のビーム形成器を更に具備し、
前記入力接続部は、前記データストリームを前記第1の追加のビーム形成器に接続し、
前記ビーム形成器からの出力は、前記組合せ器のうち少なくとも2つの組合せ器に対する入力として使用される
ことを特徴とする請求項4乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のアンテナ装置。 - 前記少なくとも第3のデータストリームに対する追加の偏波形成器と、前記少なくとも第3のデータストリームに対する第2の追加のビーム形成器とを更に具備し、
前記第3のデータストリームは、前記追加の偏波形成器に対する入力として使用され、
前記追加の偏波形成器の第1の出力は、前記第1の追加のビーム形成器に対する入力として使用され、その第2の出力は、前記第2の追加のビーム形成器に対する入力として使用される
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
