Description
− 単数又は複数のポケットを形成するためにゾーンで少なくとも1枚のコート化布シート10上に接着防止剤14を被着させるステップ、
− 加熱及び/又は圧力により、接着防止剤14が上に被着されているコート化布シート10とコート化布シート20を連続的に組立てるステップ、
を含んで成る方法にある。
* 組立てレベルでは:これらは自己生産型の組立てであり、従って、コーティングと異なる組成を有し弱点となり得る接着剤といったような補足的材料を付加することがない。
* 美観レベルでは:この方法は、均一の外観を付与し得るテキスタイルバッククロスの使用を可能にする。テキスタイル支持体又はその他のあらゆるシートから成るバッククロスが組立て時に使用される場合、これは均一で装飾的な外観を付与し得る。バッククロスはさまざまな種類があるため、製品を個別化することが可能である。最後に、この個別化又は装飾作業は、組立て作業と同時に実施でき、従って、単純で実施するのがさほど煩わしくない。
* 嵩高性のレベルでは:ポケットの膨張後、作製された複合体は、大幅な余剰厚み無く、実質的に、さらには完全に平坦であり得、そのため折畳み後の嵩は制限される。
− 段階1:
− ポケットが存在する予定の場所で第1のコート化布シートの上に接着防止剤が連続的に被着される。この接着防止剤の連続的設置はロボット化できる。
− 段階2:
− 第1のシートは第2のシートに連続的に結合される:
− 同時に及び連続的にゴムがコート化された布については、一方では、2枚のシートは加硫され、他方ではそれらは圧力及び加熱により接着防止剤無しのゾーンで結合される;
− プラスチックがコート化された布については、2枚のシートは、圧力及び加熱により接着防止剤の無いゾーンで連続的に結合される。
接着防止剤14の被着及び組立てのステップを同時に行なうことができる。接着防止剤の被着段階と組立て段階の間で停止が無く、かつ/又は接着防止剤の被着段階と組立て段階の間に別の段階が挿入されること無く、各段階を実施することができる。換言すると1つの段階がもう一方の段階の直後に続いている。
* 分散体又は重合体溶液である接着剤2の布1上での連続被着ステップ(図2、3)。
この接着剤は、布の片面又は両面に被着され得る。
この接着剤は、要素1と3の間に優れた接着力を得ることができるようにするために被着される。これはスプレッダー上で作られ、接着剤は、布1とコーティング3の間に優れた接着力を得るように処方される。
* この分散体又は溶液を乾燥させるステップ。
* ポケットを密封しかつデバイスの用途特性に対応するように処方されたゴム混合物であるコーティングの少なくとも1つの層3(図2)の接着剤層上でのカレンダ加工による連続的被着ステップ。接着防止剤14は、ポケットに対応する部域で第1のコート化布シート10上に第1段階でこの要領で実施されたコート化布シートと共に設置される。この接着防止剤は、接着防止剤の分散体又は溶液、又は滑石粉又はベントンといったような粉末又は未溶融フィルムのいずれかを含むか又はこれらにより構成され得る。
− ポケット6及びさまざまなポケットを膨張させ得た通路4を形成するように意図された場所でコート化布上に接着防止剤14を被着させる段階;
− 特にポケットがひとたび充填された時点でポケット6間の通路4を閉塞させ得る管5を、接着防止剤により画定された表面のレベルに被着させる段階;
− 加熱及び/又は圧力によって、コート化ティシューシート20に対し、接着防止剤14が被着されたコート化布シート10を連続的に組立てる段階、
から成る段階を含む。
− ポケット毎の不連続膨張を意味する、各ポケットの充填を可能にするバルブを各々含むことができる。
− 全てのポケットが一度に膨張され得、それがそのとき連続的膨張となるように、互いに連結され得る。
− 可撓性の膨張可能なダムであって、特に水中汚染と戦っている場合に有用である可撓性の膨張可能なダム、
− コンクリート型枠であって、特に海上利用分野向けのコンクリート型枠、
− 膨張可能ないかだ又はボート。
− 膨張可能な構造、例えば急速展開テント、除汚染シャワ、又は
− 膨張可能な又はおもり付きの堤防であって、特に洪水に対抗するためのもの。
Claims (12)
- 少なくとも1つの密封ポケットを含むか又はそれで構成された可撓性複合体の連続的製造のための方法であって、
− 単数又は複数のポケットを形成するためにゾーン内で少なくとも1枚のコート化布シート(10)上に接着防止剤(14)を被着させるステップ、
− 加熱及び/又は圧力により、接着防止剤(14)が上に被着されているコート化布シート(10)とコート化布シート(20)を連続的に組立てるステップ、
を含んで成る方法。 - 接着防止剤(14)を被着させるステップと組立てステップが同時に実施されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 組立て段階が、8m/時以上、特に12m/時以上、特に15m/時以上、さらには20m/時以上である布移動速度で実施されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 各シート(10)−(20)の布(1)が片面又は両面でコーティング(3)によって、特にゴム及び/又はプラスチックを含む又はそれらで構成されているコーティングの層によってカバーされていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ポケット間に通路を形成するように意図された場所で接着防止剤を被着させることから成る段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ポケット間に通路を形成するように意図された場所のレベルで、シートの組立てに先立ち、管(5)を被着させることから成る段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- ゴムでコート化された布シートの加熱及び圧力により、ゴムは加硫され、布とコーティング3の間に凝集力及び接着力を付与できるようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 接着防止剤が、例えば接着防止剤の非溶融性フィルム、粉末又は分散体もしくは溶液といったようなシート10〜20のコーティング3と相容性の無い製品によって構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- N枚のシートが、接着防止剤14を有するN−1枚のシートと接着防止剤無しの1枚のシートで組立てられることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 少なくとも1つの密封ポケットを含む可撓性複合体であって、該密封ポケットの内側表面は、部分的に接着防止剤でカバーされており、特にその片面で接着防止剤によりカバーされている、可撓性複合体。
- 全てのポケットが同時にかつ/又は一ヶ所で膨張され得るような要領で、密封ポケットが通路4によって互いに連結されていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の可撓性複合体。
- ポケット間の通路が、これらの通路を閉塞できるようにする、特に弾性をもつ例えばブラダ又は管タイプの、特に膨張可能な閉鎖体を含んで成ることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の可撓性複合体。
