Description
Claims (20)
- 4Dイメージングを用いて患者の心臓不整脈を処置する方法であって、
心電図(ECG)ゲート化プロトコルを利用して医用イメージングシステムから心臓デジタルデータを得ること、
前記心臓デジタルデータから心周期の様々な位相に対応する選択ECGトリガ点において心腔及び周辺構造の一連の3次元(3D)画像を作成すること、
前記3D画像をインターベンションシステムに登録すること、
前記患者からECG信号をリアルタイムで取得すること、
前記ECG信号を前記インターベンションシステムへ送信すること、
4D画像を作成するために、前記登録された3D画像を前記送信されたECG信号上のトリガ点と同期させること、
前記4D画像を前記インターベンションシステム上にリアルタイムで視覚化すること、
前記インターベンションシステム上の前記4D画像の上にカテーテルを視覚化すること、
前記4D画像を利用して前記カテーテルを心腔内へ案内すること、及び
前記心腔を処置するために、前記カテーテルを使用すること
を含む、方法。 - 前記医用イメージングシステムはコンピュータトモグラフィ(CT)システムである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記4D画像を前記インターベンションシステムのコンピュータワークステーション上に視覚化するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記3D画像は左房及び肺静脈のものである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記カテーテルは、マッピング及びアブレーションに適合されている、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記心臓デジタルデータから3D画像を作成することは、左房及び肺静脈の3Dイメージングに最適化されたプロトコルを使用することを含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記インターベンションシステムはX線透過システムである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記送信されたECG信号上の前記トリガ点に対する前記登録された3D画像の同期をインターベンション処置中に継続的に更新及び調節するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 4Dイメージングを用いて患者の心臓不整脈を処置するシステムであって、
心電図(ECG)ゲート化プロトコルを利用して心臓デジタルデータを得る医用イメージングシステムと、
前記心臓デジタルデータから心周期の様々な位相に対応する選択ECGトリガ点において心腔及び周辺構造の一連の3次元(3D)画像を作成する画像作成システムと、
前記患者からECG信号をリアルタイムで取得すると共に、該ECG信号をインターベンションシステムへ送信するECGモニタと、
前記3D画像を前記インターベンションシステムに登録すると共に、該登録された3D画像を前記送信されたECG信号上のトリガ点と同期させて、前記インターベンションシステム上にリアルタイムで視覚化される4D画像を作成するワークステーションと、
前記心腔内の選択位置での心臓組織を処置するカテーテル装置であって、それによって、前記インターベンションシステム上の前記4D画像の上に視覚化されるカテーテルを有するカテーテル装置と
を備える、システム。 - 前記医用イメージングシステムはコンピュータトモグラフィ(CT)システムである、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記3D画像は左房及び肺静脈のものである、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記カテーテルは、マッピング及びアブレーションに適合されている、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記画像作成システムは、左房及び肺静脈の3Dイメージングに最適化されたプロトコルを利用して前記心臓デジタルデータから前記3D画像を作成する、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記インターベンションシステムはX線透過システムである、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記ワークステーションは、前記送信されたECG信号上の前記トリガ点に対する前記登録された3D画像の同期をインターベンション処置中に継続的に更新及び調節する、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 4Dイメージングを用いて患者の心臓不整脈の処置を計画する方法であって、
心電図(ECG)ゲート化プロトコルを利用して医用イメージングシステムから心臓デジタルデータを得ること、
前記心臓デジタルデータから心周期の様々な位相に対応する選択ECGトリガ点において心腔及び周辺構造の一連の3次元(3D)画像を作成すること、
前記3D画像をインターベンションシステムに登録すること、
前記患者からECG信号をリアルタイムで取得すること、
前記ECG信号を前記インターベンションシステムへ送信すること、
4D画像を作成するために、前記登録された3D画像を前記送信されたECG信号上のトリガ点と同期させること、及び
前記4D画像を前記インターベンションシステム上にリアルタイムで視覚化すること
を含む、方法。 - 前記医用イメージングシステムはコンピュータトモグラフィ(CT)システムである、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記心臓デジタルデータから3D画像を作成することは、左房及び肺静脈の3Dイメージングに最適化されたプロトコルを使用することを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記インターベンションシステムはX線透過システムである、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 4Dイメージングを用いて患者の心臓不整脈の処置を計画するシステムであって、
心電図(ECG)ゲート化プロトコルを利用して心臓デジタルデータを得る医用イメージングシステムと、
前記心臓デジタルデータから心周期の様々な位相に対応する選択ECGトリガ点において心腔及び周辺構造の一連の3次元(3D)画像を作成する画像作成システムと、
前記患者からECG信号をリアルタイムで取得すると共に、該ECG信号をインターベンションシステムへ送信するECGモニタと、
前記3D画像を前記インターベンションシステムに登録すると共に、該登録された3D画像を前記送信されたECG信号上のトリガ点と同期させて、前記インターベンションシステム上にリアルタイムで視覚化される4D画像を作成するワークステーションと
を備える、システム。
