Claims (17)
- 航空機に用いられるトラス構造であって、フレームと少なくとも一つの支柱を含み、前記フレームは複合材料であって、前記フレームと一体となるようにソケットを含むことを特徴とするトラス構造。
- 前記複合材料は、カーボンファイバーを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のトラス構造。
- 前記複合材料の基材は、熱硬化性の材料であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のトラス構造。
- 前記少なくとも一つの支柱は複合材料であって、前記フレームと共に処理されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のトラス構造。
- 前記少なくとも一つの支柱は複合材料であって、前記フレームと共に結合されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のトラス構造。
- 前記少なくとも一つの支柱は、接着物を用いて前記ソケット内で固定されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のトラス構造。
- 前記フレームは、3次元織構造であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のトラス構造。
- 前記フレームは、前記ソケットの少なくとも一つの領域内に縫いめを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のトラス構造。
- ファイバーの一連の層を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のトラス構造。
- 航空機のリブ又は床のはりに用いられることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のトラス構造。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載のトラス構造を含むことを特徴とする航空機。
- 航空機に用いられるトラス構造の製造方法であって、ソケット部を含むファイバーアセンブリを形成し、このファイバーアセンブリ内に基材を導入して、ソケットを一体に有するフレームを形成するステップを有することを特徴とする方法。
- 前記基材は熱硬化性の樹脂であり、前記ファイバーアセンブリ内に導入された後、処理されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記樹脂の処理を行うステップ中に、前記フレームのソケット部内に少なくとも一つの支柱を設けることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも一つの支柱は熱硬化性の複合材料であって、前記ソケット部内に導入される前に、十分に処理されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記ファイバーアセンブリのソケット部内に、ファイバー、未処理の樹脂、及び心金を含む少なくとも一つのアセンブリを導入して、少なくとも一つの支柱のアセンブリとフレームを共に処理することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記ファイバーアセンブリ内に前記基材を導入する際と前記基材の処理の際に、前記フレームのソケット部を心金によって占めて、続いてこの心金を除いて、前記ソケット内に支柱を導入して、接着物を用いて所定位置で固定することを特徴とする請求項12又は13に記載の方法。
