技术领域
本发明属于飞机结构设计领域,涉及对飞机机身口框的改进。
背景技术
在飞机机身上由于各种原因需要开设大面积口框时,一般会覆盖机身传力的桁条。为了不影响结构强度,只能将开口区域内的桁条保留,这样便会影响口框通路,使向口框内安装设备受到阻碍,并使在口框内施工受到很大影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提出一种不影响机身结构强度、又便于向口框内安装设备和施工的飞机机身口框。
本发明的技术方案是:飞机机身口框,它是一个由板材制成的中空的环形构件,其中空的部分为矩形、方形、圆形或者椭圆形,其截面形状为由外圈环形面1和内圈环形面2连接构成的台阶状,外圈环形面1与机身蒙皮3铆接,内圈环形面2与口盖4通过螺栓、或者承力锁连接,其特征在于,
(1)机身上穿过口框的桁条5在口框内边缘处截断,桁条5的端头与口框的外圈环形面1和内圈环形面2铆接;
(2)有一个可拆卸的桁条6,其两端与桁条5的端头重叠,可拆卸桁条6通过螺栓与口框和桁条5的端头连接。
本发明的优点是:本发明的口框具有可拆卸桁条6,拆掉可拆卸桁条6以后,口框的开口不受阻挡,便于向口框内安装设备和进行施工;将可拆卸桁条6与口框和桁条5连接后,使桁条5和可拆卸桁条6构成完整的传力结构,不会影响机身的结构强度,提高飞机的维护性。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明做进一步详细说明。参见图1、2,本发明的飞机机身口框,它是一个由板材制成的中空的环形构件,其中空的部分为矩形、方形、圆形或者椭圆形,其截面形状为由外圈环形面1和内圈环形面2连接构成的台阶状,外圈环形面1与机身蒙皮3铆接,内圈环形面2与口盖4通过螺栓、或者承力锁连接,其特征在于:
(1)机身上穿过口框的桁条5在口框内边缘处截断,桁条5的端头与口框的外圈环形面1和内圈环形面2铆接;
(2)有一个可拆卸的桁条6,其两端与桁条5的端头重叠,可拆卸桁条6通过螺栓与口框和桁条5的端头连接。
在口框与蒙皮3、桁条5和可拆卸桁条6进行铆接或者螺栓连接时,可以根据需要增加垫板,以保证贴合面平整。

1. 飞机机身口框,它是一个由板材制成的中空的环形构件,其中空的部分为矩形、方形、圆形或者椭圆形,其截面形状为由外圈环形面[1]和内圈环形面[2]连接构成的台阶状,外圈环形面[1]与机身蒙皮[3]铆接,内圈环形面[2]与口盖[4]通过螺栓、或者承力锁连接,其特征在于:
(1)机身上穿过口框的桁条[5]在口框内边缘处截断,桁条[5]的端头与口框的外圈环形面[1]和内圈环形面[2]铆接;
(2)有一个可拆卸的桁条[6],其两端与桁条[5]的端头重叠,可拆卸桁条[6]通过螺栓与口框和桁条[5]的端头连接。
