Claims (1)
- 高揚力装置および翼部からなる航空機の操縦翼面(1,1’)の組立方法であって、前記操縦翼面は薄板複合材から作られる上スキン(2)および下スキン(9)により囲まれ、前スパー(3)、後スパー(7)、縦通材(5)および横方向リブで組み立てられ、
前記方法が;
・上スキン(2.)の一端を屈曲し、且つ前記一端を接着剤で前スパー(3)の周りに接着することにより、前縁(4)を形成し、
・後スパー(7)、縦通材(5)、および横方向リブを接着剤により前記上スキン(2.)に固定し、
・前記操縦翼面を形成するために、前記下スキン(9)と前記上スキン(2.)を結合してフレーム上に搭載される組立体を獲得するが、この時点では前記上スキン(2.)と前記下スキン(9)の薄板複合材料はまだ硬化されておらず、及び
・前記組立体を前記フレームと共にオートクレーブ内に配置して、前記上スキン(2.)及び前記下スキン(9)の薄板複合材料と接着剤とを同時に硬化させることを特徴とする、方法。
