Abstract
Description
1つの穴によって接続された2つの間隔を空けた開口を有する本体と、
前記開口に受け入れられる端部を有する2つのアームと、
前記穴を貫通し、前記開口の中の前記アームの前記端部を接続する弾性コネクタとを含み、
前記弾性コネクタの弾性は、前記アームの隣接部分がそれぞれ前記開口の隣接部分に係合することで規制された、最大6自由度での、前記アームの独立した動作を許容し、
前記アームに加えられた力を吸収する、可動関節が提供される。
1つの穴によって接続された2つの間隔を空けた開口をそれぞれ有する複数の本体と、
前記開口に受け入れられる端部を有する2つのアームと、
前記穴を貫通し、前記開口の中の前記アームの前記端部を取り外し可能に接続する弾性コネクタとを含み、
前記弾性コネクタの弾性は、前記アームの隣接部分がそれぞれ前記開口の隣接部分に係合することで規制された、最大6自由度での、前記アームの独立した動作を許容し、
前記アームに加えられた力を吸収し、
前記本体の前記開口の前記隣接部分は、他の前記本体の前記開口の前記隣接部分と異なる形状に形成され、前記本体の交換により、前記最大6自由度での前記アームの独立した動作を選択的に規制できる、可動関節システムをも提供する。
少なくとも1つの本発明の可動関節または本発明の可動関節システムによって、人または動物の関節の相対動作を補助するための、接続された2つの保持部を含む人または動物の関節用の関節補助装置を提供する。
Claims (14)
- 1つの穴によって接続された2つの間隔を空けた開口を有する本体と、
前記開口に受け入れられる端部を有する2つのアームと、
前記穴を貫通し、前記開口の中の前記アームの前記端部を接続する弾性コネクタとを含み、
前記弾性コネクタの弾性は、前記アームの隣接部分がそれぞれ前記開口の隣接部分に係合することで規制された、最大6自由度での、前記アームの独立した動作を許容し、
前記アームに加えられた力を吸収する可動関節。 - 前記最大6自由度での前記アームの独立した動作は、前記アームおよび前記開口の少なくともいずれかの隣接部分の形状の選択と、前記弾性コネクタの弾性特性の選択との少なくともいずれかによって規制される請求項1に記載の可動関節。
- 前記最大6自由度での前記アームの独立した動作は、人または動物の関節の最大6自由度の解剖学的動作を実質的に模倣するように規制されている請求項2に記載の可動関節。
- 前記弾性コネクタは、前記アームに加えられた引っ張り負荷に抵抗するために予め張力が付与されている請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の可動関節。
- 前記弾性コネクタは、弾性部材の中に予め張力を付与した部材が設けられている請求項4に記載の可動関節。
- 前記弾性コネクタは、前記アームの端部を前記開口の中で取り外し可能に接続する請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の可動関節。
- 1つの穴によって接続された2つの間隔を空けた開口をそれぞれ有する複数の本体と、
前記開口に受け入れられる端部を有する2つのアームと、
前記穴を貫通し、前記開口の中の前記アームの前記端部を取り外し可能に接続する弾性コネクタとを含み、
前記弾性コネクタの弾性は、前記アームの隣接部分がそれぞれ前記開口の隣接部分に係合することで規制された、最大6自由度での、前記アームの独立した動作を許容し、
前記アームに加えられた力を吸収し、
前記本体の前記開口の前記隣接部分は、他の前記本体の前記開口の前記隣接部分と異なる形状に形成され、前記本体の交換により、前記最大6自由度での前記アームの独立した動作を選択的に規制できる可動関節システム。 - 請求項1から6の少なくともいずれかに記載の可動関節によって、人または動物の関節の相対動作を補助するための、接続された2つの保持部を含む人または動物の関節用の関節補助装置。
- 請求項7に記載の可動関節によって、人または動物の関節の相対動作を補助するための、接続された2つの保持部を含む人または動物の関節用の関節補助装置。
- 前記関節補助装置は、膝ギプスであって、前記2つの保持部は、上腿部および下腿部である請求項8または9に記載の関節補助装置。
- 前記関節補助装置は、足首ギプスであって、前記2つの保持部は、下腿部および足部である請求項8または9に記載の関節補助装置。

- 実質的に、添付した図面に記載した可動関節システム。
