Description
Claims (10)
- 空気吸入チャンバと空気吹出チャンバとを有する本体部材を備える、空気のカーテンを形成する流体吐出装置であって、
前記空気吹出チャンバが前記空気吸入チャンバと流体連通しており、前記本体部材が吐出オリフィスを画成し、この吐出オリフィスを通じて流体が前記本体部材から吐き出され、前記吐出オリフィスが前記空気吹出チャンバと流体連通し、前記空気吹出チャンバが一対の対向する側壁を有し、前記側壁の各々が傾斜側壁部を有し、前記傾斜側壁部が前記吐出オリフィスに向かって下流側方向へ延びるにつれて前記傾斜側壁部が互いの方へ収束するようになっており、それにより、流体を前記吐出オリフィスへ向けて案内して方向付ける略V形状の引き込み領域が形成され、前記吐出オリフィスが第1の縁部及び第2の縁部によって画成され、前記第1の縁部が、前記第2の縁部を通り過ぎて下流側へ延びる延出壁部によって画成され、それにより、前記吐出オリフィスを通り過ぎて延びる吐出流体のための偏向面が画成される、流体吐出装置。 - 前記本体部材が、互いに固定されるベース部分とブレード部分とを備える、請求項1に記載の流体吐出装置
- 前記ベース部分と前記ブレード部分との間にシム部材が配置されている、請求項2に記載の流体吐出装置。
- 前記空気吸入チャンバが前記ベース部分に配置され、前記空気吹出チャンバが前記ベース部分の第1のチャンネルと前記ブレード部分の第2のチャンネルとによって画成される、請求項2に記載の流体吐出装置。
- 長手方向で離間する複数のスロットが前記空気吸入チャンバと前記空気吹出チャンバとの間を流体連通させている、請求項1に記載の流体吐出装置。
- 前記ベース部分及び前記ブレード部分のそれぞれの外縁によって前記吐出オリフィスが画成されている、請求項2に記載の流体吐出装置。
- 前記傾斜側壁部の各々が、平坦な形状を成している、請求項1に記載の流体吐出装置。
- 前記傾斜側壁部の各々が、それぞれの側壁の残りの部分に対して約40°〜約50°の角度で延びている、請求項1に記載の流体吐出装置。
- 前記傾斜側壁部の各々が、それぞれの側壁の残りの部分に対して約45°の角度で延びている、請求項8に記載の流体吐出装置。
- 前記延出壁部が、0.2cmよりも長い距離にわたって第2の縁部を越えて延びている、請求項1に記載の流体吐出装置。
