Abstract
Description
* ガスと液体との間の物質交換もしくは物質移動(吸収、脱離)、たとえば排ガスからの有害物質の吸収、たとえば工業的な領域、発電所またはゴミ焼却設備における燃焼プロセスの酸性排ガスからの煙道ガス脱硫(開放型のスプレスクラバ)のために、または
* 特に煙道ガスのガス状態調節(調湿)、ガス湿分飽和もしくはガス冷却のために
使用され得る。

Claims (10)
- 複数のレベルで液体がガスに対して向流の形でノズル供給されるスプレ塔内で物質移動および/または熱移動のためにガスと液滴とを接触させるための方法であって、スプレ塔の周壁に設けられた少なくとも2つの流入開口を通じてガスを供給する形式の方法において、流入開口におけるガスの流れ方向を、12mに等しいかまたは12mよりも大きい直径、特に20mよりも大きい直径を有するスプレ塔の内側範囲へ、少なくとも2つのガス流の流れ方向がその延長上でスプレ塔の内部で交差し合うように、特にスプレ塔の中心部からスプレ塔の中心部の背後のスプレ塔半径の1/2のところまでで交差し合うように向けることを特徴とする、物質移動および/または熱移動のためにガスと液滴とを接触させるための方法。
- ガスを水平方向で導入する、請求項1記載の方法。
- ガスを10〜25m/sの速度、特に14〜16m/sの速度で導入する、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- ガスを2つの流入開口を通じて導入する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 流入時における2つの隣接し合うガス流の間の角度が45〜120゜である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 物質移動および/または熱移動のためにガスと液滴とを接触させるためのスプレ塔(3)であって、液体を複数のレベルでガスに対して向流の形でノズル供給するための装置と、スプレ塔の周壁に設けられた、ガス(1)を供給するための少なくとも2つの流入開口(2)と、複数のガス通路(12)とが設けられており、それぞれ1つのガス通路が1つの流入開口(2)に開口している形式の装置において、流入開口(2)に通じたガス通路(12)は、流入開口におけるガス(1)の流れ方向が、12mに等しいかまたは12mよりも大きい直径、特に20mよりも大きい直径を有するスプレ塔(3)の内側範囲へ半径方向に向くように、つまり少なくとも2つのガス流(1)の流れ方向がその延長上でスプレ塔(3)の内部で交差し合うように、特にスプレ塔の中心部からスプレ塔の中心部の背後のスプレ塔半径の1/2のところまでで交差し合うように配置されていることを特徴とする、物質移動および/または熱移動のためにガスと液滴とを接触させるためのスプレ塔。
- ガス通路(12)が流入開口(2)の手前の範囲で、開口するガス通路の対称軸線がスプレ塔(3)の内部で、特にスプレ塔の中心部からスプレ塔の中心部の背後のスプレ塔半径の1/2のところまでで交差し合うように向けられている、請求項6記載のスプレ塔。
- ガス通路(12)が、流入開口(2)の手間の範囲で水平方向に配置されている、請求項6または7記載のスプレ塔。
- 2つの流入開口(2)が設けられている、請求項6から8までのいずれか1項記載のスプレ塔。
- 開口するガス通路の対称軸線同士の間の角度が45〜120゜である、請求項6から9までのいずれか1項記載のスプレ塔。
