Abstract
Description
本発明は、ピストンポンプであって、ポンプハウジングが設けられており、該ポンプハウジング内にポンプピストンが、軸方向で可動にガイドされており、これによって、ポンプピストンの操作時に流体が、吸込み側から、ポンプピストンに隣接したポンプ室を介して吐出し側に圧送されるようになっており、該吐出し側が、流出弁を備えている形式のものに関する。
請求項1の上位概念部に記載した特徴と、流出弁に前置された減衰エレメントとを備えた本発明によるピストンポンプは、流出弁の切換過程によって生ぜしめられる、吐出し側における過増圧を有効に低減させることができるという利点を有している。この場合、ピストンポンプの、騒音に関連した押出し過程時、すなわち、ピストンポンプの吐出し側への流体の圧送時に、ポンプ室内に形成された圧力と、吐出し側に形成された運転圧との間の差から生ぜしめられる圧力でしか負荷されていない減衰エレメントは、著しい全圧力範囲でかつ特に約50barを上回る圧力でも作用する。

Claims (7)
- ピストンポンプであって、ポンプハウジング(11)が設けられており、該ポンプハウジング(11)内にポンプピストン(12)が、軸方向で可動にガイドされており、これによって、ポンプピストン(12)の操作時に流体が、吸込み側(21)から、ポンプピストン(12)に隣接したポンプ室(13)を介して吐出し側(26)に圧送されるようになっており、該吐出し側(26)が、流出弁(25)を備えている形式のものにおいて、流出弁(25)に減衰エレメント(31)が前置されていることを特徴とする、ピストンポンプ。
- 減衰エレメント(31)が、減衰板(32)を有しており、該減衰板(32)が、ばね弾性的な構成部材(34)に支持されている、請求項1記載のピストンポンプ。
- 減衰板(32)が、管片(31)の環状つば状の構成要素であり、該管片(31)が、有利には、ポンプピストン(12)のための走行スリーブ(16)内にガイドされている、請求項2記載のピストンポンプ。
- 減衰エレメント(31)が、流出弁(25)の弁閉鎖部材(28)のための弁座(30)を形成している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のピストンポンプ。
- ばね弾性的な構成部材(34)が、減衰エレメント(31)と、ポンプピストン(12)のための走行スリーブ(16)との間に挟み込まれている、請求項2記載のピストンポンプ。
- ばね弾性的な構成部材(34)が、ゴムエレメントから形成されている、請求項2記載のピストンポンプ。
- ゴムエレメント(34)が、環状に形成されていて、減衰エレメント(31)を形状接続的に取り囲んでいて、半径方向で環状室(35)によって仕切られている、請求項6記載のピストンポンプ。
