Description
Claims (11)
- a)成形容器の商品価値変動が許容可能な限界を超えているか否かを検査するステップと、
b)少なくとも一つの商品価値変動が許容できないことについて、キャビティ不合格閾値を設定するステップと、
c)少なくとも一つの商品価値変動が許容できないと判定された容器と該容器を生産した金型キャビティとを相互に関連付けるステップと、
d)金型キャビティが商品価値変動が許容できない容器を上記ステップb)の閾値の数だけ生産したと判定されたとき、該金型キャビティによって生産されるすべての容器を分離するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする成形容器を検査し区分けする方法。 - ステップa)において、一つの生産ラインにおけるすべての容器を検査し、
ステップd)において、該生産ラインから分離された容器を取り除く、請求項1記載の方法。 - ステップa)において、別々の検査ラインに沿って運ばれている容器を検査し、
ステップd)において、上記商品価値変動が許容できない特定の金型キャビティからの容器の閾値の数について上記別々の検査ライン間で比較を行う、請求項1記載の方法。 - 一つの検査ラインが別の検査ラインよりも閾値の数だけ多く容器を分離していることを示す警告を提示する、請求項3記載の方法。
- ステップb)において、上記少なくとも一つの許容できない商品価値変動について不合格閾値よりも小さい警告閾値を設定し、
ステップd)において、上記金型キャビティが、商品価値変動が許容できない容器を上記不合格閾値を超えて生産しないようにするために、上記警告閾値に達したら警告を発する、請求項1記載の方法。 - ステップb)において、上記不合格閾値よりも小さい梱包閾値を設定し、
ステップd)において、先に分離された金型キャビティからの容器の閾値の数が上記梱包閾値を超えると、上記先に分離された金型キャビティによって生産される容器が更なる処理に進むことを許す、請求項1記載の方法。 - 成形容器を検査し区分けするシステムであって、
少なくとも一つの商品価値変動について、該少なくとも一つの商品価値変動について予め設定された許容可能な限界に関して、容器の商品価値変動が少なくとも一つの上記許容可能な限界を超えているか否かを判定するために容器を検査する検査装置(34)と、
少なくとも一つの商品価値変動が許容できないと判定された容器の元の金型を判定するようになった、容器の元の金型同定器(22)と、
検査装置及び容器の元の金型同定器と通信を行い、少なくとも一つの商品価値変動について、該少なくとも一つの商品価値変動が上記許容可能な限界を超えた容器を元の金型が閾値の数だけ生産したか否かを判定するための少なくとも一つのプログラム可能な閾値を監視するために利用可能な制御装置(16)と、
制御装置と通信を行い、上記少なくとも一つの商品価値変動が上記許容可能な限界を超えた容器を閾値の数だけ生産したと判定された元の金型によって生産されるすべての容器を分離するために利用可能な上記分路器(20)と、
を含むことを特徴とする成形容器を検査し区分けするシステム。 - 上記制御装置(16)は、元の容器が上記許容可能な限界に近づきつつある閾値の数の容器を生産している時を示す信号を送信するために利用可能である請求項7記載のシステム。
- 上記制御装置(16)は、先に不合格と判定された金型キャビティからの容器に更なる処理を続けることを自動的に許可するために利用可能である請求項7記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも一つの商品価値変動が上記許容可能な限界を超えた容器を閾値の数だけ生産したと判定された上記元の金型によって生産されるすべての容器を上記分路器(20)が取り除く請求項7記載のシステム。
- 上記制御装置(16)は、先に不合格と判定された金型キャビティからの容器に更なる処理を続けることを自動的に許可するために利用可能である請求項10記載のシステム。
