Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 転子主軸の横方向成形体を通って大腿骨の髄質空間に挿入される髄間ピン(1)であって、
近方ピン区間と、それに隣接する遠方ピン区間と、を備え、
且つ、両方のピン区間において骨ねじのための孔(2、3、4、5、6、7、8)を備えており、
前記近方ピン区間が長手軸に対して斜めに走る少なくとも一つの孔(3、4)を有しており、骨ねじが前記孔を通って大腿骨の頭部に挿入されることができ、
前記遠方ピン区間が少なくとも部分的に直線であり、前記近方ピン区間が横方向−後方方向に湾曲を有していることを特徴とする髄間ピン(1)。 - 骨ねじが、前記斜めの孔(3、4)の一つを通る代わりに、順行孔(2)を通って挿入されることができることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の髄間ピン(1)。
- 近端及び遠端の平面がお互いに対して60°〜110°、好ましくは70°〜90°、特に約80°捻れ、前記ピンの半径は300〜1300mm、好ましくは900〜1200mm、特に約1100mmであることを特徴とする、先の請求項のいずれかに記載の髄間ピン(1)。
- 前記近方ピン区間の長さが皮質との横方向接触表面に対応しており、前記近方ピン区間が300〜1000mm、好ましくは600〜800mm、特に約700mmの半径を有していることを特徴とする、先の請求項のいずれかに記載の髄間ピン(1)。
- 前記遠方直線区間の長さが、埋め込まれた状態で前記ピンの遠端が遠方海綿構造に貫通する深さに対応しており、35〜70mm、好ましくは40〜60mm、特に約52mmであることを特徴とする、先の請求項のいずれかに記載の髄間ピン(1)。
- 前記ピンが、その最終埋め込み深さ範囲に到達するとピンは自分自身で回転を中止し、且つその最終埋め込み深さ範囲では回転の変化無しにその長手軸に沿って移動させることができ、且つ前記ピンがその最終埋め込み深さ範囲で、その埋め込み深さを変えることなく、その長手軸の周りを任意に回転されることができるように形成されていることを特徴とする、先の請求項のいずれかに記載の髄間ピン(1)。
- 前記ピンが、
太さ約5.0mmのロッキングねじのための120°順行孔(2)と、
前記順行孔(2)に中心方向に一致している太さ約6.5mmの軸ねじのための頭部130°偵察孔(3)と、
太さ3.9〜6.0mmの軸ねじのための尾部130°偵察孔(4)と、
前記近接領域における太さ3.9〜6.0mmのロッキングねじの静的及び動的位置決めのための楕円孔(5)と、
横切るように且つお互いに平行に走る2つの孔(6)及び(7)と、遠端において前記孔(6、7)に対して25°回転した前外側の孔(8)と、
を備えていることを特徴とする、先の請求項のいずれかに記載の髄間ピン(1)。 - 前記近方ピン区間が楕円孔(5)を有していることを特徴とする、先の請求項のいずれかに記載の髄間ピン(1)。
- 前記ピンが、その近端において、横方向−近端にて軸方向ピン軸に対して10°〜60℃、好ましくは約40°の角度を有する横方向傾斜面(9)を有していることを特徴とする、先の請求項のいずれかに記載の髄間ピン(1)。
- 前記ピンの前記近端と前記ピンを係合させることができる屈曲した金属との間において移行及び輪郭のマッチングが中断されることを特徴とする、先の請求項のいずれかに記載の髄間ピン(1)。
- 前記ピンがその近端で単一の位置決め溝(10)を有することを特徴とする、先の請求項のいずれかに記載の髄間ピン(1)。
- 前記ピンが、その近端で、ねじ山(11)を有する円筒形状の凹部(12)を有することを特徴とする、先の請求項のいずれかに記載の髄間ピン(1)。
- 前記円筒形状の凹部(12)を通る前記ピン軸が屈曲した金属と同軸に位置合わせされることができて、前記ねじ山(11)が接触圧力のみを作用することを特徴とする、先の請求項のいずれかに記載の髄間ピン(1)。
- ピン先端の全長が20〜50mm、好ましくは25〜35mm、特に約30mmであり、これが、放射状区間において、円形形状とは異なった特別な先端表面(13)、特に少なくとも3つの凹状ノッチを有しており、その長さが10〜40mm、好ましくは15〜25mm、特に約20mmであり、且つその半径が4〜10mm、好ましくは5〜8mm、特に約6mmであることを特徴とする、先の請求項のいずれかに記載の髄間ピン(1)。
- ピン先端の全長が20〜50mm、好ましくは25〜35mm、特に約30mmであり、これが、放射状区間において、円形形状とは異なった特別な先端表面(13)、特に少なくとも3つの平坦表面を有しており、その長さが10〜40mm、好ましくは15〜25mm、特に約20mmであることを特徴とする、先の請求項のいずれかに記載の髄間ピン(1)。
- 前記ピンの先端が、ねじによるロッキングさえ無しに回転を防ぐことを確実にするために、大腿骨の遠方領域にて海綿組織内に回転無しで取り付けられることができるような方法で形成されていることを特徴とする、先の請求項のいずれかに記載の髄間ピン(1)。
