Abstract

pino intramedular. a invenção se refere a um pino intramedular (1), especialmente para a tíbia, que compreende uma parte de extremidade proximal (2), uma parte de extremidade distal (3) adaptada para ser introduzida no espaço medular, e um eixo geométrico central (6). o dito pino intramedular tem: a) um comprimento total l que varia de 200 a 500 mm; b) uma primeira seção curvada (4) com um comprimento g~ 1~ = l, e um raio de curvatura r~ 1~; e c) uma segunda seção curvada (13) com um comprimento g~ 2~ = g~ 1~ e um raio de curvatura r~ 2~ < r~ 1~ que e disposto entre a parte de extremidade proximal (2) e a primeira seção curvada (4); e d) as tangentes nos dois pontos de extremidade de uma seção central compreendendo as duas seções curvadas (4;13) formam um ângulo gama total entre 9<198> e 12<198>.
