Abstract

Claims (18)
- 媒体排出のために媒体貯蔵器と作用接続されているポンプ装置(2)と、媒体貯蔵器および/またはポンプ装置に対応づけられた通気装置を有し、前記通気装置が通気通路(16、18、26、27)を有し、その通気通路にフィルタメンブレン(20)が対応づけられている、少なくとも1つの媒体用の配量装置(1)において、
フィルタメンブレン(20)が減少された拡散率のために形成されていることを特徴とする、少なくとも1つの媒体用の配量装置。 - フィルタメンブレンが、既知のフィルタメンブレンに比較して減少された作用横断面を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の配量装置。
- フィルタメンブレンの減少された作用横断面が、既知のフィルタメンブレンに比較して減少された作用面積(24)によって実現されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の配量装置。
- フィルタメンブレンの作用面積が、少なくとも部分的に円錐状に形成された、流れ案内幾何学配置(27)によって制限されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の配量装置。
- フィルタメンブレンの作用面積が、1.4mm2より小さく、好ましくは0.6mm2より小さく、特に好ましくは0.2mm2より小さいことを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の配量装置。
- 減少された作用横断面のために、フィルタメンブレンの孔(26)の平均の自由横断面が、既知のフィルタメンブレンの場合よりも小さく形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2から5のいずれか1項に記載の配量装置。
- 減少された作用横断面のために、既知のフィルタメンブレンに比較して減少された孔数が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2から6のいずれか1項に記載の配量装置。
- フィルタメンブレンが、mm2当たり百万孔よりも小さい、好ましくはmm2当たり600、000孔よりも小さい、特に好ましくはmm2当たり300、000孔よりも小さい平均の孔数を有していることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の配量装置。
- フィルタメンブレンが、通気通路に配置された、特に媒体容器とポンプ装置の間に設けられたシール装置(15)に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の配量装置。
- フィルタメンブレンが、シール装置内に設けられた、通気通路に対応づけられた通過開口部(16)を閉鎖するように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の配量装置。
- フィルタメンブレンが、媒体貯蔵器および/またはポンプ装置の通気開口部の領域に設けられ、特にラミネートされていることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の配量装置。
- フィルタメンブレンが、不連続のフィルタカートリッジとして形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の配量装置。
- 請求項1に上位概念として記載の、あるいは請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の配量装置において、
通気通路が少なくとも部分的に毛管通路として形成されており、前記毛管通路が少なくとも部分的に、1/25より小さい、好ましくは1/50より小さい、特に好ましくは1/100より小さい、実効通路直径(d)と毛管通路長さ(l)の比を有していることを特徴とする配量装置。 - 毛管通路が、渦巻き状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の配量装置。
- 毛管通路が、円錐外側面と、円錐外側面に適合された、円錐状の凹部を有するカバーとの間の一周する、渦巻き形状の溝として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の配量装置。
- 毛管通路が、シリンダ配置の外側面とかぶせジャケットの内側面との間に形成されており、その場合にシリンダ配置の外側面および/またはかぶせジャケットに複数のウェブが設けられており、前記ウェブがほぼ配量装置の中央長手軸の方向に方位付けされており、かつかぶせジャケットの定められた隔たりを保証することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の配量装置。
- 毛管通路が、部分的に、ウェブの少なくとも1つにおいて溝として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の配量装置。
- 毛管通路が、少なくとも1つの環状部分と、少なくともほぼ配量装置の中央長手軸にそって方位付けされた、少なくとも1つの通路部分とから形成されていることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の配量装置。
