Claims (9)
- 連続する応力パルスを穿孔する岩石に工具を介して当てて、該工具から該岩石に伝達される応力波で前記岩石を破壊する、削岩で穿孔する岩石の破壊方法において、前記応力パルスを高い周波数で前記岩石に与え、前記応力波の周波数(f)および長さ(tp)に基づいて算出される負荷比率(α)を少なくとも0.075にすることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、上記負荷比率(α)を少なくとも0.1にすることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の方法において、上記応力波の周波数は少なくとも250Hz、望ましくは少なくとも350Hzであることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の方法において、上記応力波の振幅は低く、実質的に150Mpaであることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の方法において、上記応力波の振幅は小さく、少なくとも25MPa、望ましくは40Mpaであることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記応力波を、衝撃装置によるストロークではなく、ドリルロッドなどの前記工具に定期的に圧縮力を与え、該圧縮力が前記工具に応力波を生成することによって形成することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項6に記載の方法において、前記圧縮力を圧液の圧力を用いて生成することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項7に記載の方法において、前記圧縮力を、前記圧液の圧力を応力パルス形成期間に前記工具の端部へ直接または間接的に作用させて該圧力により生じた力が該工具を圧縮することによって生成することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項6ないし8のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記応力波の周波数および長さを、前記工具に作用する圧縮力の有効周波数および有効時間を調整することによって調節することを特徴とする方法。
