Abstract
【解決手段】前収縮拡張充満期とそれに続く収縮期とを用いて心時間間隔とを定義する方法及び装置。拡張期は、心電図信号で規定されるように、T波の終了時に始まり、それに続くQ波の開始時に終了する。収縮期は、心電図信号で規定されるように、Qピークの開始時に始まり、T波の終了時に終了する。

Description
QRS群:右心室と左心室との脱分極(通常、右心室と左心室とは同時に活性される)
ST(T波):心室の再分極
PR間隔:心房の活性(P波)の開始時から心室の脱分極(QRS群)の開始までの時間間隔
QRS持続時間:心室筋の脱分極の持続期間
QT間隔:心室の脱分極と再分極との持続期間
RR間隔:心室の心周期(cardiac cycle)の持続期間(心室率の指標)
PP間隔:心房周期(atrial cycle)の持続期間(心房率の指標)
これら間隔及びこれらの関係は、収縮機能と拡張機能とを計測するための有用な指標である。これら間隔は、心室興奮の開始時、通常は心電図におけるR波1の開始時、に始まる一心周期を参照することで説明される。
Claims (8)
- 前収縮拡張充満期(pre−systolic diastolic filling period)とそれに続く収縮期とから心拍時間間隔(Cardiac Time Intervals)を規定する工程を具備する心臓のモニタリングの実行方法。
- 前記拡張期は、心電図信号で規定されるように、T波に始まり、T波に続くQRSの開始時に終わる請求項1記載の心臓のモニタリングの実行方法。
- 前記収縮期は、心電図信号で規定されるように、Q波の開始時に始まり、T波のピークに終了する請求項1記載の心臓のモニタリングの実行方法。
- 前収縮拡張充満期と収縮期とを利用して心機能の指標を取得する工程を具備する心臓のモニタリングの実行方法。
- 前記指標を心臓の治療に利用する工程をさらに具備する請求項4記載の心臓のモニタリングの実行方法。
- 心臓の心拍周期(cardiac period)を計測する方法において、
(a)心臓内の心活動を示す波形を抽出する工程と、
(b)前収縮拡張充満期とそれに続く収縮期とを決定する工程と、
(c)前収縮拡張充満期と収縮期とを結合(combining)し、結合された結果を心拍周期として出力する工程と、
を具備する方法。 - 心臓由来の物理的又は電気的活性を計測するトランスデューサーと、
前収縮拡張充満期とそれに続く収縮期との計測を抽出する処理装置と、
前収縮拡張充満期と前記収縮期との結合を心拍周期の計測値として表示するディスプレイと、
を具備する心拍周期の計測装置。 - 前記トランスデューサーは、連続波ドプラトランスデューサーであることを特徴とする請求項7記載の心拍周期の計測装置。
