Abstract
Description
下側の電極2、正孔輸送層3、有機半導体材料からなる発光体層4及び上方の電極5を備えた基板1が記載されている。本発明により、発光体層4は、良好な発光特性を有するにもかかわらず、負電荷のための電荷キャリア輸送層の特性も有している、それというのも、この層は有機電子受容体錯体、有利にアザヘタリーレン−ルイス酸錯体を有しているためである。実施態様の場合には、少なくとも半透明な前記の下側の電極と、前記発光体層との間に存在する正孔輸送層3は、公開前の特許出願明細書102004023221.0によるポリマーのトリアリールボランを有する。
Claims (8)
- 少なくとも1つの基板、少なくとも半透明の下側の電極、正孔輸送層、発光体層及び上側の電極を有し、前記層の少なくとも1つの中に有機電子受容体錯体が導入されている有機発光ダイオード又は発光表示装置。
- 有機電子受容体錯体が、アザヘタリーレン−ルイス酸錯体である、請求項1記載の有機発光ダイオード又は発光表示装置。
- 電子受容体錯体中のルイス酸が、少なくともアルミニウム原子又はホウ素原子を有する、請求項1又は2記載の有機発光ダイオード又は発光表示装置。
- 電子受容体錯体が、窒素含有の芳香族π不足複素環のホウ素錯体及び/又はアルミニウム錯体である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の有機発光ダイオード又は発光表示装置。
- 電子受容体錯体が、8−ヒドロキシ基のリンの誘導体を有する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の有機発光ダイオード又は発光表示装置。
- 照明目的の、及び/又はカラーフィルタ又は構造化されたRGB画素化された発光体層をベースとする、モノクロ、多色又はフルカラーの有機発光表示装置用の、並びにパッシブマトリックスディスプレー用の、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の有機発光ダイオードの使用。
