Abstract
Description
即ち、別の工程段階から得られ、同時に化学物質の供給に使用することができるすべての液体によって、清水が節約され、例えば製紙工場の清水の消費が低減される。しかし、上述の様々な混合装置の応用例はすべて、ダクト内を流れる加圧された液体への化学物質の添加を扱ってきた。一方、開いた容器内の又は開いたダクト内を流れる液体に化学物質を添加することは、問題であると長い間考えられてきた。この種の問題点の例は、抄紙機のワイヤ・ピット、ワイヤ・スパウト、或いは、製紙業又はその他のいずれかで使用される2次液体ダクト又は濾過ダクトであり、例えば、消泡剤、又は上述の液体の処理に使用される化学物質は、化学物質を、薄いパイプから、ワイヤ・ピット、ダクト、又はチャネル内の液面へと緩やかに流すことを可能にすることによってそれらすべてに最も一般的に投与され、混合は流れの乱流のみに依存する。この種の開空間又はチャネル内の流速は、ほとんどの場合比較的低く、流れの乱流は、非常に弱いので、混合に時間がかかり、長い流れ距離が必要とされる。さらに、一方では流速が非常に低いため、もう一方では流れ体積が大きいことが多いため、いくつかの閉じたダクト流内で乱流を生み出すことを意図して使用される流れ障壁の使用が、かなり無益であることが留意されるべきである。
Claims (12)
- 化学物質を、開空間内の又は開空間内を流れる液体へと供給する方法であって、前記化学物質が、特別な混合装置又はいくつかの特別な混合装置(212;312)により、且つ前記化学物質とは別個に前記混合装置(212;312)へと導入される供給液により、前記化学物質及び前記供給液を、前記空間(200;300)内の前記液面下に配置された前記混合装置(212;312)のノズル開口を通して、前記空間内の又は前記空間(200;300)内を流れる前記液体へと基本的に同時に排出することを可能にすることによって、前記液体に供給されることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記供給液が、好ましくは、前記化学物質がその中へと供給されるものと同一の液体、清水、又は前記工程から得られるその他いくつかの循環液体であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記化学物質が、前記供給液と共に上述の前記液体流れへと供給される前に、特別の混合液と混合されることが可能になることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記混合液が、好ましくは、前記化学物質がその中へと供給されるものと同一の液体、清水、又は前記工程から得られるその他いくつかの循環液体であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 組み合わされた化学物質供給液噴射が、上述した前記空間内の又はそこを流れる前記液体の前記表面を壊すことができないように、前記液体の表面の下方へと案内されることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記化学物質と混合液との混合物が上述の前記液体流れと混合される0.5秒未満前に、前記化学物質を特別な混合液と混合することが可能になることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記化学物質が、泡消剤、或いは、濾過液、2次液体、又は廃水を処理するための化学物質であることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記化学物質及び供給液が、前記液体の流れ方向に対して基本的に垂直方向で前記液体へと噴射されることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項7までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 化学物質を、開空間内の、又は開空間内を流れる液体に供給するための装置であって、前記空間の前記外側壁部(302)又は前記底部のいずれかにて前記空間(200;300)と結合し、或いは、前記空間内で構造(204;208)と結合して、少なくとも1つの混合装置(212;312)が設けられ、前記混合装置(212;213)が、少なくとも前記化学物質のための、且つ前記化学物質をそれによって前記液体に供給する特別の供給液のための結合部を有するように、そのノズル開口が、前記空間(200;300)内の又は前記空間内を流れる前記液体の前記表面Sの下方に配置されることを特徴とする装置。
- 前記混合装置(212;312)が、前記化学物質がそれを用いて希釈される混合液のための連結部をさらに有することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記空間(200;300)内の又は前記空間内を流れる前記液体を、前記混合装置(212;312)内で前記供給液として働くようにその中へと案内するために、前記空間(200;300)内にそのポンプが設けられたダクト構成(314;316;318)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項9又は10に記載の装置。
- 議論されている前記開空間が、抄紙機のワイヤ・ピット(200)、ワイヤ・シュート(300)、濾過チャネル又は廃水ダクト(300)であることを特徴とする、請求項9又は10又は11に記載の装置。
