Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- 車両のブレーキを制御する方法であって、
個々の車輪のスリップ率を算出する工程と、
前記個々の車輪に掛かる荷重を決定する工程と、
前記個々の車輪に掛かる前記決定した荷重に基づいて第1ブレーキライン補正係数を算出する工程と、
前記算出したスリップ率に基づいて第2ブレーキライン補正係数を算出する工程と、
前記車両にブレーキを掛けた際に前記個々の車輪のキャリパに供給される圧力を調節するために、前記第1ブレーキライン補正係数と前記第2ブレーキライン補正係数とを利用する工程と、
から成る方法。 - 前記圧力の調節は、前記圧力を上昇させて前記車両のマスタシリンダのみによって発生するしきい値よりも高い圧力にすること、又は、より小さいブレーキトルクを要する車輪から得られる圧力を、より大きいブレーキトルクを要する車輪に再分配することを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1ブレーキライン補正係数を算出する前記工程は、前記車両の異なる複数の運転状態に基づく複数の異なるゲイン係数を利用することを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1ブレーキライン補正係数を算出する前記工程は、高い振動数の荷重変化を除去する少なくとも1つのフィルタ装置を利用することを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 車両のブレーキを制御する方法であって、
個々の車輪に掛かる荷重を決定することと、
前記個々の車輪に掛かる前記決定した荷重に基づいてブレーキライン補正係数を算出することと、
前記車両にブレーキを掛けた際に前記車両のマスタシリンダによって発生した圧力を調節するために、前記算出したブレーキライン補正係数を利用することと、
から成る方法。 - 前記個々の車輪に掛かる前記荷重の決定は、制御されたサスペンションにおける調整可能なダンパを流れる電流の測定を含む請求項5に記載の方法。
- 車両のブレーキシステムであって、
個々の車輪に掛かる動荷重を決定できる制御されたサスペンションシステムと、
車輪速度センサシステムと、
流体作動型ブレーキキャリパを備える複数のブレーキアセンブリと、
前記ブレーキキャリパと流体連通しているマスタシリンダと、
車輪に掛かる決定した荷重に基づいて第1ブレーキライン補正コマンドを発生させる第1コントローラと、
車輪の算出したスリップ率に基づいて第2ブレーキライン補正コマンドを発生させる第2コントローラと、
前記第1ブレーキライン補正コマンドと前記第2ブレーキライン補正コマンドとを合成するインテグレータと、
前記マスタシリンダからの加圧流体を受け取り、前記インテグレータからの信号に基づいて前記加圧流体を調節し、前記調節した加圧流体を前記ブレーキキャリパに供給するモジュレータと、
から成るシステム。
