Claims (7)
- 最適化されたばね定数を有する分割型スタビライザであって、
当該分割型スタビライザが、第1のスタビライザ部分と第2のスタビライザ部分(1)と旋回モータ(2)とから成っており、これらの第1のスタビライザ部分と第2のスタビライザ部分(1)と旋回モータ(2)とが、共通の軸線上に配置されており、該旋回モータ(2)が、外側回転部分(3)と内側回転部分(4)とから成っており、外側部分(3)および内側部分(4)が、支承カバー(9)およびフランジカバー(10)と相俟って、少なくとも1つの圧力室(7)と吸込室(8)とを形成しており、旋回モータ(2)の外側回転部分(3)が、第1のスタビライザ部分と相対回動不能に結合されており、旋回モータ(2)の内側回転部分(4)と第2のスタビライザ部分(1)との間に、力を伝達する結合部が形成されている形式のものにおいて、
内側回転部分(4)と第2のスタビライザ部分(1)とが、摩擦力結合で相互結合されており、第2のスタビライザ部分(1)の、力を伝達する長さ部分の軸方向中央と、内側回転部分(4)の、力を伝達する長さ部分の軸方向中央とが、共通の半径方向面上に位置していることを特徴とする、最適化されたばね定数を有する分割型スタビライザ。 - 内側回転部分(4)と第2のスタビライザ部分(1)の嵌合円筒部(14)との間の摩擦力結合部が、収縮嵌めされた部分から形成されている、請求項1記載の分割型スタビライザ。
- 内側回転部分(4)と嵌合円筒部(14)とが、追加的に溶接シーム(15)を介して結合されており、該溶接シーム(15)が、嵌合円筒部(14)の自由端部に存在する、請求項2記載の分割型スタビライザ。
- 内側回転部分(4)と第2のスタビライザ部分(1)の結合ジャーナル(20)との間の摩擦力結合部が、噛合部分(21)と嵌合部分(22)とから成っており、噛合部分(21)および嵌合部分(22)とが、収縮嵌めされている、請求項1記載の分割型スタビライザ。
- 内側回転部分(4)と結合ジャーナル(20)とが、追加的に固定リング(23)を介して軸方向で固定されている、請求項4記載の分割型スタビライザ。
- 旋回モータ(2)が、それぞれ反対側に位置する2つ以上の圧力室(7)と、それぞれ反対側に位置する2つ以上の吸込室(8)とを備えており、これらの圧力室(7)と吸込室(8)とが、それぞれ半径方向結合通路を介して結合されており、該半径方向結合通路が、内側回転部分(4)と第2のスタビライザ部分(1)との間の遊びのない嵌合結合部の領域に形成されている、請求項2または4記載の分割型スタビライザ。
- 内側回転部分(4)の連続的に延びる孔が、嵌合部(22)の領域で、相並んで配置された2つのリング通路(16,16’,17,17’)を備えており、これらのリング通路が、嵌合円筒部(14)または結合ジャーナル(20)の嵌合部(22)によって覆われており、これらのリング通路が、半径方向通路(18,18’,19,19’)を介して、対応する圧力室(7)または吸込室(8)と接続されている、請求項6記載の分割型スタビライザ。
