Claims (12)

  1. 遠位端および終端に遠位口を有する管腔を有するシャフトと、
    前記シャフトの前記遠位端に固定された拡張可能な部材と、
    前記拡張可能な部材の遠位に、前記拡張可能な部材に対して摺動自在に設けられた固定バルーンと、
    を具えることを特徴とするカテーテル。
  2. 前記終端に遠位口を有する管腔を具えるシャフトが、さらに、前記管腔内に摺動自在に配置された細長部材を具え、
    前記固定バルーンが前記細長部材に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
  3. 前記固定バルーンが、膨張したときに、前記固定バルーンが肺静脈の中に固定されるのに十分な断面寸法を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
  4. 前記固定バルーンが、膨張したときに、肺静脈の直径よりも大きい断面寸法を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
  5. 前記拡張可能な部材が、導電性領域を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
  6. 前記導電性領域がリング形状を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のカテーテル。
  7. 前記導電性領域は、前記固定バルーンが肺静脈内に固定されるときに、前記導電性領域が肺静脈の口もしくはその近傍で組織に接触するように前記拡張可能な部材に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のカテーテル。
  8. 前記拡張可能な部材が、組織切除電極を具えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
  9. 前記固定バルーンが、独立して拡張するよう構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
  10. 前記固定バルーンおよび前記拡張可能な部材が、同時に拡張するよう構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
  11. 前記拡張可能な部材がバルーンを具えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
  12. 前記拡張可能な部材が複数のスプラインを具えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
