Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- 光を制御するための光学的断面を有する複数のレンズ状第1光学パターンが所定間隔でエンボス状に分布した第1屈折部と、前記レンズ状第1光学パターンの表面に所定間隔で線状に配列された光学的断面を有する複数の第2光学パターンからなる第2屈折部とを有することを特徴とする光学フィルム。
- 請求項1に記載の光学フィルムにおいて、各レンズ状第1光学パターンは上から見たとき円形状、楕円形状又は多角形状で、凸又は凹の円弧状断面を有することを特徴とする光学フィルム。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の光学フィルムにおいて、各第2光学パターンは多角形状、円弧形状又はこれらの組合せの断面形状を有することを特徴とする光学フィルム。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の光学フィルムにおいて、前記第2光学パターンは、前記レンズ状第1光学パターンが設けられた領域内に配置されていることを特徴とする光学フィルム。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の光学フィルムにおいて、前記第1及び第2屈折部の材料はそれぞれポリカーボネート、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート及びアクリル系ポリマーのいずれか一つであって、同一でも異なっていても良く、前記第1及び第2屈折部は一体的に形成されるか、同じ材料で別個に成形された後接着されるか、異なる材料で別個に成形された後接着されることを特徴とする光学フィルム。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の光学フィルムにおいて、前記レンズ状第1光学パターン及び前記第2光学パターンが等間隔又は不規則的な間隔で形成されていることを特徴とする光学フィルム。
