Claims (6)
- 航空機構造体を有する航空機の外装シェルに据え付けられる窓枠を製造する方法であって、
前記窓枠が、外側のフランジと、内側のフランジと、垂直フランジと、を備え、該垂直フランジは、前記内側のフランジ及び前記外側のフランジに対して略直角をなし、かつ前記内側のフランジと前記外側のフランジとの間に配置されており、前記外側のフランジは、前記窓枠を航空機に接続させるために、前記航空機構造体への接続に適合され、窓要素は、支持のための前記内側のフランジで終端とされ、
複数の、個々のサブストラクチャ(11乃至17)からなる半完成部材を提供するステップと、
前記半完成部材を成形型に挿入するステップと、
前記成形型に樹脂を注入するとともに、この注入が圧力及び温度下で行われるステップと、
注入後の前記半完成部材を前記成形型の中で硬化させて、前記窓枠(1)を形成するステップと、を有する方法。 - 前記した複数の、個々のサブストラクチャを組み立てて、前記半完成部材を提供するステップをさらに有し、
前記した複数の、個々のサブストラクチャは、前記半完成部材を前記成形型に挿入する前に組み立てられる、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記した複数の、個々のサブストラクチャを接続するために、熱可塑性溶接を行うステップをさらに有する、請求項2に記載の方法。
- ウェブ材料から作成される層構造をもった前記半完成部材を提供するステップをさらに有する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 繊維束で作成される層構造をもった前記半完成部材を提供するステップをさらに有する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 繊維束とウェブ材料との組み合わせからなる層構造をもった前記半完成部材を提供するステップをさらに有する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
