Abstract
【解決手段】合成樹脂製の帯状体21を用いて形成されたクロスシート2とクラフト紙3とをラミネート樹脂層7を介して積層してなる基材4によって袋状に構成され、粉体又は粒体の高温物を充填するための高温物用充填袋であって、クラフト紙3は、縦方向の引張り強度が4.5KN/m以上であり、縦方向の伸びが4.0%以下であり、ラミネート樹脂層7は、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン(LLDPE)からなることを特徴とする高温物用充填袋。

Description
合成樹脂製の帯状体を用いて形成されたクロスシートとクラフト紙とをラミネート樹脂層を介して積層してなる基材によって袋状に構成され、粉体又は粒体の高温物を充填するための高温物用充填袋であって、
前記クラフト紙は、縦方向の引張り強度が4.5KN/m以上であり、縦方向の伸びが4.0%以下であり、
前記ラミネート樹脂層は、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン(LLDPE)からなることを特徴とする高温物用充填袋。
前記基材は、50mm幅、チャック間距離100mm、引張り速度100mm/minで縦方向に引張り試験(JIS L 1096)した際に前記クラフト紙が破断したときの引張り強さが、60℃で380N/5cm以上であり、80℃で360N/5cm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の高温物用充填袋。
前記基材は、温度耐性が縦方向の引張り強さの所定値に対して25〜40%の向上率を有していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の高温物用充填袋。
前記高温物が樹脂ペレットであることを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3記載の高温物用充填袋。
1.クロスシートの製造
基層として高密度ポリエチレン(密度0.956、MFR0.55)を用いて、インフレーション成形法によって積層フィルムとし、得られたフィルムをレザーを用いてスリットした。次いで、温度100℃の熱板上で6.5倍に延伸した後、温度110℃の熱風循環式オーブン内で5%の弛緩熱処理を行い、糸幅5.0mm、繊度1050dtのフラットヤーンを得た。
得られたクロスシートの片面に、ラミネート樹脂層として直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン(密度0.922g/cm3、MFR11)を用いて、以下のクラフト紙を熱ラミした。
引張り強度:縦方向5.93KN/m
横方向3.14KN/m
伸び:縦方向2.0%
横方向5.0%
ラミネート樹脂層を低密度ポリエチレン(密度0.918g/cm3)に代えた以外は実施例1と同一とした。
クラフト紙を以下の通りに代えた以外は実施例1と同一とした。
引張り強度:縦方向4.36KN/m
横方向2.58KN/m
伸び:縦方向7.1%
横方向5.4%
上記実施例、比較例1、2によってそれぞれ得られた基材から、50mm幅の試料片を切り出し、JIS L 1096に準拠し、チャック間距離100mm、引張り速度100mm/minで縦方向に引張り、クラフト紙の破断を起こすまでの強さ(N/5cm)と温度との関係を求めた。
図6に示されるように、常温(20〜30℃)では実施例、比較例1及び比較例2の間に強さの顕著な差は見られなかったが、実施例は、比較例1及び比較例2に比べて、温度が高くなるにつれて強さの低下率が徐々に小さくなり、50℃以上では顕著な差が生じ、比較例1及び比較例2よりも強さが大きく向上していることがわかる。

- 合成樹脂製の帯状体を用いて形成されたクロスシートとクラフト紙とをラミネート樹脂層を介して積層してなる基材によって袋状に構成され、粉体又は粒体の高温物を充填するための高温物用充填袋であって、
前記クラフト紙は、縦方向の引張り強度が4.5KN/m以上であり、縦方向の伸びが4.0%以下であり、
前記ラミネート樹脂層は、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン(LLDPE)からなることを特徴とする高温物用充填袋。 - 前記基材は、50mm幅、チャック間距離100mm、引張り速度100mm/minで縦方向に引張り試験(JISL 1096)した際に前記クラフト紙が破断したときの引張り強さが、60℃で380N/5cm以上であり、80℃で360N/5cm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の高温物用充填袋。
- 前記基材は、温度耐性が縦方向の引張り強さの所定値に対して25〜40%の向上率を有していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の高温物用充填袋。
