Abstract
【解決手段】内輪51と、外輪52と、内輪51と外輪52との間に転動自在に配された複数の円すいころ53と、円すいころ53を円周所定間隔に保持する保持器54とを備え、内輪51の外径面の大径側にのみ円すいころ53を案内する鍔部56を設けた円すいころ軸受である。保持器54は、大径側環状部61と、小径側環状部62と、大径側環状部61と小径側環状部62とを連結する柱部63とを備えた樹脂保持器である。小径側環状部62の外径端部62aを柱部63の小径側端部63aよりも内径側に配置した。

Claims (7)
- 内輪と、外輪と、内輪と外輪との間に転動自在に配された複数の円すいころと、円すいころを円周所定間隔に保持する保持器とを備え、内輪の外径面の大径側にのみ前記円すいころを案内する鍔部を設けた円すいころ軸受であって、
前記保持器は、大径側環状部と、小径側環状部と、大径側環状部と小径側環状部とを連結する柱部とを備えた樹脂保持器であり、前記小径側環状部の外径端部を前記柱部の小径側端部よりも内径側に配置したことを特徴とする円すいころ軸受。 - 前記大径側環状部に引っ掛け部を設け、引っ掛け部は、内輪と円すいころと保持器が組立状態を保てるような引っ掛かりが内輪の鍔部に対してあり、保持器が軸中心に対し中立状態では鍔部に非接触であり、運転中には鍔部に非接触もしくは、鍔部に接触する場合は、引っ掛け部内面と鍔部の切欠部の底面が接触状態となるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記小径側環状部の外径端部の外径寸法を、前記引っ掛け部の内径寸法よりも小さく設定したことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記保持器に用いる樹脂をPPSとしたことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載の円すいころ軸受。
- ころ係数γが0.94を越えることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のいずれかに記載の円すいころ軸受。
- 保持器のポケットの窓角を55°以上80°以下にしたことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5のいずれかに記載の円すいころ軸受。
- 自走車両の動力伝達軸を支持することを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項6のいずれかに記載の円すいころ軸受。
