Abstract
【解決手段】 バルブと、該バルブの動作を検出する検出手段と、該バルブに付設されるとともに該検出手段で検出された動作情報を記録するRFIDタグと、該RFIDタグに記録された該バルブの動作情報を読み取る端末機とからなるバルブ動作情報記録システムであって、前記RFIDタグは間欠動作で電波を発信することにより前記端末器の存在について探索し、該RFIDタグが該端末機の信号を検知したときに該RFIDタグに記録された前記バルブの動作情報を該端末機に転送することを特徴とするバルブ動作情報記録システムとする。

Description
しかしながら、全ての電動弁をモータコントロールセンタに接続する必要があり、バルブが数千個設置されるような設備においては、配線が複雑なものとなり、構成が複雑となるという問題がある。
RFIDタグは所定の間隔で電波を発生することにより端末機の存在について探索し、RFIDタグが端末機の信号を検知したときのみRFIDタグに記録された前記バルブの動作情報を端末機に転送することから、RFIDタグが連続的に電波を発生させるよりもRFIDタグに付設された電池の寿命を延長させることができる。
図1は、本発明に係るバルブ動作情報記録システムにおけるRFIDタグを備えたバルブの構成図である。図2は、本発明に係るバルブ動作情報記録システムの実際の使用方法を示した図である。
バルブ1に通過する流体は、液体、気体と特に限定されることはなく、本発明に係るバルブ動作情報記録システムは、水、空気、ガス、油圧等種々の配管に使用することができる。
一方、電動弁を使用した場合であったとしても、バルブへの開閉信号によって実際にバルブが動作したかどうかが不明となる可能性があるため、バルブの動作を正確に把握するためには、検出手段2としてリミットスイッチを使用し、リミットスイッチにてバルブの動作を検出するのが望ましい。
バルブ1が全開状態となると、検出手段2がバルブ1の開状態を検出する(ステップ1)。検出手段2は検出したバルブ1の動作情報をRFIDタグ3に記録する(ステップ2)。バルブ1が開閉する度にステップ1及びステップ2を繰り返し、検出手段2が検出した動作情報は、累積的にRFIDタグ3に記録される。
RFIDタグ3が所定の間隔(例えば2秒)電波を発信する(ステップ3−1)。RFIDタグ3の送受信範囲内に端末機5の存在を探索し(ステップ3−2)、端末機5の存在を確認することができなかった場合は、RFIDタグ3は、電波の発信を中止し、電池の消耗を防ぐために所定の間隔(例えば5秒)、休止する(ステップ3−3)。所定の間隔(例えば5秒)が経過した後、RFIDタグ3は、再び電波を所定の間隔(例えば2秒)電波を発信し(ステップ3−1)、再び端末機5の存在を探索する(ステップ3−2)。
RFIDタグ3は、端末機5の存在を確認するまで、上記所定の間隔(例えば2秒)の電波の発信(ステップ3−1)と所定の間隔(例えば5秒)の休止(ステップ3−3)を繰り返す間欠動作を行う。

本発明は、バルブの動作情報収集の際に個々のバルブを分解等することにより確認する必要がないことから塵や埃が舞うことがないので、特に半導体工場内等におけるクリーンルーム内において、好適に使用することができる。

- バルブと、該バルブの動作を検出する検出手段と、該バルブに付設されるとともに該検出手段で検出された動作情報を記録するRFIDタグと、該RFIDタグに記録された該バルブの動作情報を読み取る端末機とからなるバルブ動作情報記録システムであって、
前記RFIDタグは間欠動作で電波を発信することにより前記端末器の存在について探索し、該RFIDタグが該端末機の信号を検知したときに該RFIDタグに記録された前記バルブの動作情報を該端末機に転送することを特徴とするバルブ動作情報記録システム。 - 前記検出手段が、リミットスイッチであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルブ動作情報記録システム。
- 前記端末機が、前記RFIDタグへ情報を送信することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のバルブ動作情報記録システム。
- 前記間欠動作が、2秒間の電波発信と5秒間の休止を交互に繰り返す間欠動作であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3いずれかに記載のバルブ動作情報記録システム。
