Abstract
【解決手段】基地局の送信電力を一定以下に保ちつつ、送信電力の波高値とデューティ比を同時に制御して、端末局が具備する整流回路の構成要素であるダイオードに、該ダイオードの閾値電圧以上の電圧を常に印加し、制限電力以下で、基地局と端末局の間でエネルギーのやり取りを行う無線通信システム。

Description
以下、本発明の実施例について、詳細に説明する。
基地局100はRFIDタグのリーダであり、端末局制御機能110として、変調信号により端末局固有の情報を識別する機能111や、端末局の情報を更新する機能112を備えている。
Claims (20)
- 搬送波に変調を施し、該変調された搬送波の波高値とデューティ比を同時に制御して所定値以下の平均送信電力を有する出力信号を生成し、送信する機能を有して成る
ことを特徴とする送信機。 - 請求項1において、
前記出力信号の送信出力が該送信機外の通信対象によって被る変化を反射波によって検出し、該変化に対応して前記波高値と前記デューティ比を制御する機能を有して成る
ことを特徴とする送信機。 - 請求項1において、
前記変調が振幅変調であることを特徴とする送信機。 - 請求項3において、
前記振幅変調が搬送波のON/OFFによってなされる
ことを特徴とする送信機。 - 請求項2において、
空間を伝播する電磁波を通信媒体とし、
前記送信出力が該送信機外の通信対象によって再放射された電磁波の周波数スペクトラムのうち、該基地局の送信電力が有する周波数スペクトラム以外の周波数成分を有する該スペクトラムを用いて、前記波高値と前記デューティ比の制御を行う機能を有して成る
ことを特徴とする送信機。 - 請求項2において、
空間を伝播する電磁波を通信媒体とし、
前記送信出力が該送信機外の通信対象によって再放射された電磁波の周波数スペクトラムのうち、該基地局の送信電力が有する周波数スペクトラム以外の周波数成分を有する該スペクトラムの検出を試み、該スペクトラムが検出されない場合、前記送信電力を規定の平均電力値を所定値以下の条件で、該送信電力の波高値を増大させ間欠送信のデューティ比を減少させる制御を行う機能を有して成る
ことを特徴とする送信機。 - 請求項2において、
空間を伝播する電磁波を通信媒体とし、
前記送信出力が該送信機外の通信対象によって再放射された電磁波の周波数スペクトラムのうち、該基地局の送信電力が有する周波数スペクトラム以外の周波数成分を有する該スペクトラムの検出を試み、該スペクトラムが検出される場合、送信電力を規定の平均電力値を所定値以下の条件で、該送信電力の波高値を減少させ間欠送信のデューティ比を増大させる制御を行う機能を有して成る
ことを特徴とする送信機。 - 基地局と端末局を具備して成り、
前記基地局は、搬送波に変調を施し、該変調された搬送波の波高値とデューティ比を同時に制御して所定値以下の平均送信電力を有する出力信号を生成し、送信する機能と、
前記基地局が送信した送信電力が前記端末局より再放射された反射波の電力を用いて前記波高値と前記デューティ比の制御を行う機能を有して成る
ことを特徴とする無線システム。 - 請求項8において、
前記端末局は前記基地局から放射される前記送信電力に変調を施す機能を有して成る
ことを特徴とする無線システム。 - 請求項8において、
前記基地局が、前記端末局で受信された前記送信出力の波高値が該端末局の整流素子の閾値を常に超えるように制御する機能を備え、
空間を伝播する電磁波を通信媒体とし、前記基地局と前記端末局の間で波形等化間欠送信を行なう
ことを特徴とする無線システム。 - 請求項8において、
前記基地局は、前記端末局から再放射された電磁波の周波数スペクトラムのうち、該基地局の送信電力が有する周波数スペクトラム以外の周波数成分を有する該スペクトラムを用いて、前記波高値と前記デューティ比の制御を行う機能を有して成る
ことを特徴とする無線システム。 - 請求項11において、
前記基地局は、前記端末局から再放射された電磁波の周波数スペクトラムのうち、該基地局の送信電力が有する周波数スペクトラム以外の周波数成分を有する該スペクトラムの検出を試み、該スペクトラムが検出されない場合、送信電力を規定の平均電力値を所定値以下の条件で、該送信電力の波高値を増大させ間欠送信のデューティ比を減少させる制御を行う機能を有して成る
ことを特徴とする無線システム。 - 請求項11において、
前記基地局は、前記端末局から再放射された電磁波の周波数スペクトラムのうち、該基地局の送信電力が有する周波数スペクトラム以外の周波数成分を有する該スペクトラムの検出を試み、該スペクトラムが検出される場合、送信電力を規定の平均電力値を所定値以下の条件で、該送信電力の波高値を減少させ間欠送信のデューティ比を増大させる制御を行う機能を有して成る
ことを特徴とする無線システム。 - 請求項8において、
前記端末局は整流素子で構成される整流回路を具備し、該整流回路により、前記基地局からの送信電力を端末局アンテナから取り込み、該整流回路によって該送信電力の実態である高周波電力を整流して該端末局の構成要素である電子回路の電源とする機能を有して成る
ことを特徴とする無線システム。 - 請求項14おいて、
前記整流素子がショットキーバリアダイオードである
ことを特徴とする無線システム。 - 請求項8において、
前記基地局と前記端末局のアンテナが、広帯域アンテナである
ことを特徴とする無線システム。 - 請求項8において、
前記基地局のアンテナの給電点における周波数スペクトラムが、該基地局の送信電力の周波数スペクトラムが前記端末局のアンテナの有する給電点における周波数スペクトラムによって受ける歪を補償する機能を有する
ことを特徴とする無線システム。 - 請求項16において、
前記基地局および前記端末局のアンテナが円偏波アンテナである
ことを特徴とする無線システム。 - RFIDタグと該RFIDタグのリーダを具備して成り、
前記リーダは、
搬送波にデジタル変調を施し、該デジタル変調された搬送波の波高値とデューティ比を制御して所定値以下の平均送信電力を有する出力信号を生成し、送信する機能と、
前記リーダが送信した送信電力が前記RFIDタグより再放射された反射波の電力を用いて前記波高値と前記デューティ比の制御を行う機能を有して成る
ことを特徴とする無線システム。 - 請求項19において、
前記リーダのアンテナの寸法が、前記RFIDタグのアンテナの寸法より大きい
ことを特徴とする無線システム。
