Abstract
【解決手段】複数の転がり軸受と、これらの転がり軸受が挿嵌されたハウジングと、を備えた軸受ユニットであって、前記転がり軸受が、相互に外輪間に僅かな隙間をおいて隣接して配置されており、前記ハウジングに、前記外輪間におかれた隙間にあって両外輪にそれぞれ密着する隔壁が設けられていることを特徴とする軸受ユニット。
前記転がり軸受の外輪の外周面に切り欠き部が形成されており、前記ハウジングの隔壁における前記転がり軸受の外輪の外周面との嵌合面に、前記転がり軸受の切り欠き部に整合する突起部が形成されており、前記転がり軸受の切り欠き部と前記ハウジングの隔壁の突起部とが係合している。

Description
(1)複数の転がり軸受と、これらの転がり軸受が挿嵌されたハウジングと、を備えた軸受ユニットであって、前記転がり軸受が、相互に外輪間に隙間をおいて隣接して配置されており、前記ハウジングに、前記外輪間におかれた隙間にあって両外輪にそれぞれ密着する隔壁が設けられていることを特徴とする軸受ユニット。
(2)前記ハウジングが、鋳造もしくは射出成形または焼結によって前記隔壁を一体として形成されていることを特徴とする上記(1)に記載の軸受ユニット。
(3) 前記転がり軸受がそれぞれ挿嵌された前記ハウジングの収容孔の両端と、この収容孔に挿嵌された転がり軸受の外輪の外周面とにまたがって止め輪が装着されていることを特徴とする上記(1)または(2)に記載の軸受ユニット。
(4)前記転がり軸受の外輪の外周面に切り欠き部が形成されており、前記ハウジングの隔壁における前記転がり軸受の外輪の外周面との嵌合面に、前記転がり軸受の切り欠き部に整合する突起部が形成されており、前記転がり軸受の切り欠き部と前記ハウジングの隔壁の突起部とが係合していることを特徴とする上記(1)から(3)のいずれかに記載の軸受ユニット。

Claims (4)
- 複数の転がり軸受と、これらの転がり軸受が挿嵌されたハウジングと、を備えた軸受ユニットであって、
前記転がり軸受が、相互に外輪間に隙間をおいて隣接して配置されており、
前記ハウジングに、前記外輪間におかれた隙間にあって両外輪にそれぞれ密着する隔壁が設けられていることを特徴とする軸受ユニット。 - 前記ハウジングが、鋳造もしくは射出成形または焼結によって前記隔壁を一体として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸受ユニット。
- 前記転がり軸受がそれぞれ挿嵌された前記ハウジングの収容孔の両端と、この収容孔に挿嵌された転がり軸受の外輪の外周面とにまたがって止め輪が装着されていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の軸受ユニット。
- 前記転がり軸受の外輪の外周面に切り欠き部が形成されており、
前記ハウジングの隔壁における前記転がり軸受の外輪の外周面との嵌合面に、前記転がり軸受の切り欠き部に整合する突起部が形成されており、
前記転がり軸受の切り欠き部と前記ハウジングの隔壁の突起部とが係合していることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の軸受ユニット。
