Abstract
【解決手段】重機用リリーフバルブでは、スリーブ2、ポペット6、パイロットポペット12等の部品の他に、スリーブの内部に螺合され、タンク流路と連通するタンク入口が形成されているプラグ1と、プラグの内部に螺合され、プラグと結合される密着面の隙間を気密に塞ぐようにOリングが外側面に装着され、外側面に係止顎20aが形成されているガイド20と、外部よりパイロット信号圧の供給時、パイロットポペットを加圧して圧力室の設定圧力を可変調整するメインピストン7と、ガイドの内部に結合され、パイロット信号圧が流入される調整プラグ22と、バルブの設定圧力をセットするためにプラグからガイドを弛緩させる場合、係止顎を支持することでプラグからガイドの離脱を防止するストッパー25とを含める。

Claims (2)
- 油圧ポンプから作動油が流入される流入口と、流入口の作動油を油圧タンクに帰還させるためのタンク流路とが形成されているスリーブと、
前記流入口とタンク流路との間の流路を開閉するようにスリーブ内部に結合されるポペットと、
前記スリーブの圧力室に設定圧力を形成するようにポペットに対向して設けられるバルブシートと、
前記圧力室に設定圧力を超えるような高圧が生じた時、バルブシートの流路を開放させ、圧力室の作動油を油圧タンクにドレーンさせるパイロットポペットと、
前記スリーブの内部に螺合され、タンク流路と連通するタンク入口が形成されているプラグと、
前記プラグの内部に螺合され、プラグと結合される密着面の隙間を気密に塞ぐようにOリングが外側面に装着され、外側面に係止顎が形成されているガイドと、
外部よりパイロット信号圧の供給時、パイロットポペットを加圧して圧力室の設定圧力を可変調整するメインピストンと、
前記ガイドの内部に結合され、パイロット信号圧が流入される調整プラグと、
バルブの設定圧力をセットするためにプラグからガイドを弛緩させる場合、前記係止顎を支持することでプラグからガイドが離脱することを防止するストッパーとを含めることを特徴とする重機用リリーフバルブ。 - 前記ストッパーとして、前記プラグに形成の螺子孔に螺合する固定ボルトが用いることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の重機用リリーフバルブ。
