Abstract

Claims (10)
- 複数の空気乾燥ユニットと、湿り空気プレナムと、乾燥空気プレナムとの組み合わせであって、
前記空気乾燥ユニットの各々が、実質的に同一の空気乾燥キャニスタの一対と、一つの下部ベースとを含み、
前記下部ベースの各々がまた、フランジを有する一つの取付けブラケットを含み、
前記湿り空気プレナムが、前記下部ベースの各々につき一つづつ備えられた湿り空気吸込み手段により、前記下部ベースの各々と作動連結し、
前記湿り空気吸込み手段が、前記湿り空気プレナムに沿って所定の固定間隔で配置され、
前記乾燥空気プレナムが、前記下部ベースの各々につき一つづづ備えられた乾燥空気吐出し手段により、前記下部ベースの各々と作動連結し、
前記乾燥空気吐出し手段が、前記乾燥空気プレナムに沿って所定の固定間隔で配置され、
これによって、流入した湿り空気が前記湿り空気プレナムを通って前記下部ベースへ送られ、
また、これによって、乾燥空気が前記下部ベースから、前記乾燥空気プレナムの下流に配置された乾燥空気設備へ送られる
ことを特徴とする組み合わせ。 - 前記湿り空気プレナムが、正方形または長方形の断面を有する管から作られる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組み合わせ。 - 前記乾燥空気プレナムが、正方形または長方形の断面を有する管から作られる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組み合わせ。 - 前記湿り空気プレナムおよび前記乾燥空気プレナムの両方が、正方形または長方形の断面を有する管から作られる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組み合わせ。 - 前記取付けブラケットの各々が、水平フランジと、前記水平フランジから下方へ伸びる垂直フランジとを含み、
さらに、連続的な取付けストリップがあって、前記取付けストリップがその上面に複数の別個の開口部を有し、前記開口部が、1つ以上の前記空気乾燥ユニットを正確な位置へ横方向に微調整できるように前記垂直フランジの幅よりもわずかに広い幅を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組み合わせ。 - 前記下部ベースの各々の前記湿り空気吸込み手段と、前記下部ベースの各々の前記乾燥空気吐出し手段とが、前記湿り空気プレナムおよび前記乾燥空気プレナムを前記下部ベースに接合する中空のT字ボルトを含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組み合わせ。 - 前記複数の空気乾燥ユニットが、少なくとも3個の前記空気乾燥ユニットを含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組み合わせ。 - 前記複数の空気乾燥ユニットが、それぞれ異なる高さで設けられる少なくとも4個の前記空気乾燥ユニットを含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組み合わせ。 - 複数の空気乾燥ユニットと、湿り空気プレナムと、乾燥空気プレナムとの組み合わせであって、
前記空気乾燥ユニットの各々が、実質的に同一の空気乾燥キャニスタの一対と一つの下部ベースとを含み、
前記下部ベースの各々がまた、フランジを有する一つの取付けブラケットを含み、
前記湿り空気プレナムが、角のある長方形の断面を有し、かつ、前記下部ベースの各々につき一つづづ備えられた中空T字ボルト状の湿り空気吸込み手段により、前記下部ベースの各々と作動連結し、
前記中空T字ボルト状の湿り空気吸込み手段が前記湿り空気プレナムに沿って所定の固定間隔で配置され、
前記乾燥空気プレナムが、長方形の断面を有し、かつ、各前記下部ベースの各々につき一つづつ備えられた中空T字ボルト状の乾燥空気吐出し手段により前記下部ベースの各々と作動連結し、
前記中空T字ボルト状の乾燥空気吐出し手段が、前記乾燥空気プレナムに沿って所定の固定間隔で配置され、
これによって、流入した湿り空気が前記湿り空気プレナムを通って前記中空T字ボルト状の湿り空気吸込み手段へ、その後、前記下部ベースへ送られ、
また、これによって、乾燥空気が前記下部ベースから前記中空T字ボルト状の乾燥空気吐出し手段を通って前記乾燥空気プレナムへ、その後、前記乾燥空気プレナムの下流に配置された乾燥空気設備へ送られる
ことを特徴とする組み合わせ。 - 前記取付けブラケットの前記フランジを受け止める複数の開口部を有する取付けストリップがあり、前記開口部が、前記フランジよりもわずかに幅が広く、それによって、前記中空T字ボルト状の湿り空気吸込み手段および前記中空T字ボルト状の乾燥空気吐出し手段と前記下部ベースとの位置を合わせするために役立つ
ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の組み合わせ。
