Abstract
【解決手段】有機物含有流体を異なる高さ位置間で流通させる配管系1の内部を洗浄する配管系内の洗浄方法において、配管系1の内部にスチームを注入し、スチームが配管系1の内部に注入された位置60より下方から、ドレンを配管系1外に排出する。これにより、配管系1内に、上方から下方への流れを形成し、スチーム及びドレンの流れ方向を同一方向として、配管系1内におけるドレンの滞留を抑制する。その結果、ドレンの排出及び、スチームの注入が促進されて、配管系1内の洗浄時間の短縮が図られる。

Description
図3に示す炭化水素油分留装置のスチーミングを行いスチーミングに所要する時間を測定した。まず、スチーミングの準備工程として、炭化水素油分留装置の原料の供給を停止した。その後、配管、塔、熱交換器等に滞留している炭化水素油を除去した後、スチーム供給用の弁とドレン排出用の弁を開放し、スチーミングを開始した。
スチーミング注入口60を図4に示すスチーミング注入口91に変更し、ドレン排出口63を図4に示す、フレアー及びタンク(スロップタンク)に変更したこと以外は、実施例1と同様にしてスチーミングを行った。その結果、スチーミング開始から終了までの所要時間は24時間であった。
Claims (6)
- 有機物含有流体を異なる高さ位置間で流通させる配管系の内部を洗浄する配管系内の洗浄方法であって、
前記配管系の内部にスチームを注入するスチーム注入工程と、
前記スチームが前記配管系の内部に注入された位置より下方から、前記スチーム、前記スチームが液化した水、及び前記有機物含有流体から選ばれる少なくとも一つを含有するドレンを前記配管系の外部に排出するドレン排出工程とを備えることを特徴とする配管系内の洗浄方法。 - 前記配管系は、上下方向に延在する一対の上下方向配管と、
前記一対の上下方向配管の上端部同士を接続する上端部接続配管と、
前記上下方向配管の下端部に接続された下端部接続配管とを備え、
前記スチーム注入工程では、前記上端部接続配管にスチームを注入し、
前記ドレン排出工程では、前記下端部接続配管から前記ドレンを排出することを特徴とする請求項1記載の配管系内の洗浄方法。 - 前記配管系は、前記上端部接続配管及び前記下端部接続配管を複数備え、
前記スチーム注入工程では、全ての前記上端部接続配管にスチームを注入し、
前記ドレン排出工程では、全ての前記下端部接続配管から前記ドレンを排出することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の配管系内の洗浄方法。 - 起伏配置され有機物含有流体を流通させる配管系の内部を洗浄する配管系内の洗浄方法であって、
前記配管系の山部からスチームを注入し、前記配管系の低所部から、前記スチーム、前記スチームが液化した水、及び前記有機物含有流体から選ばれる少なくとも一つを含有するドレンを排出することを特徴とする配管系内の洗浄方法。 - 前記配管系は、少なくとも1つ以上の山部と少なくとも1つ以上の谷部とを有し、各前記山部から前記スチームを注入し、各前記谷部から前記ドレンを排出することを特徴とする請求項4記載の配管系内の洗浄方法。
- 前記配管系から排出される前記ドレンを、大気中に放出せずに閉鎖系で回収する回収工程をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の配管系内の洗浄方法。
