Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an improvement of a slide fork device used in a load transfer device.
A slide fork device that is used in a cargo handling machine such as a conveyor, a forklift, or a crane and that delivers a load has two or more movable forks that slide relative to a fixed fork that does not slide. The movable fork immediately above the fixed fork supported by the fixed frame F in Patent Document 1 and slidable in the longitudinal direction with respect to the fixed frame F in Patent Document 2 (arm A1 in Patent Document 1, and the two-stage fork in Patent Document 2) 32) and a movable fork (arms A2 and A3 in Patent Document 1; three-
In the configuration of such a conventional slide fork device, the movable fork (arm A1, two-stage fork 32) in the immediate upper stage is driven with respect to the fixed fork, and the interlocking mechanism for interlocking with the movement of the movable fork Since the upper movable fork (arm A2, three-stage fork 33) and the uppermost movable fork (arm A3, four-stage fork 34) are expanded and contracted, the driving force of the driving device attached to the fixed fork is transmitted. In addition, the structure of sliding the uppermost movable fork is complicated, which increases costs, and the uppermost movable fork (leading fork), especially when the transported object is heavy or has a large expansion / contraction stroke In some cases, it is not possible to smoothly perform the stretching operation.
Therefore, in view of the above-described situation, the present invention intends to solve the problem that the tip fork can be smoothly expanded and contracted even when the transported object is heavy or the expansion and contraction stroke is large. The object is to provide a slide fork device capable of reducing the cost.
In order to solve the above problems, a slide fork device according to the present invention is a slide fork device having two or more movable forks that slide relative to a fixed fork. A drive pinion, drive driven by a rotary drive device attached to the fixed fork to a rack, chain or toothed belt extending in the longitudinal direction of the fork, or an engaging member attached to the upper end fork A sprocket or drive pulley, or a drive device that engages a drive chain or drive belt installed between the front and rear sprockets or pulleys is provided.
Here, the drive device engages the drive pinion, the drive sprocket, or the drive pulley with the rack, chain, or toothed belt attached to the tip fork, and the movable fork other than the tip fork also includes the drive fork. A rack, chain or toothed belt extending in the longitudinal direction of the fork is attached, and the drive pinion, drive sprocket or drive pulley attached coaxially to the drive pinion, drive sprocket or drive pulley is engaged with the rack, chain or toothed belt. It is preferable that all the movable forks are directly driven by the rotation driving device.
A slide fork device having a fixed fork, an intermediate fork supported to be slidable in the longitudinal direction relative to the fixed fork, and a tip fork supported to be slidable in the longitudinal direction relative to the intermediate fork, Linear guide rails extending in the longitudinal direction of the fork are fixed to the upper and lower surfaces of the horizontal plate-like portion of the intermediate fork base in plan view, respectively, and the upper surface of the base of the fixed fork and the base of the tip fork A plurality of slide units spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the fork are fixed to the lower surface of the fork, the slide unit of the tip fork is engaged with the upper rail of the intermediate fork, and the lower rail of the intermediate fork is It is preferable that the slide unit of the fixed fork is engaged.
Further, the intermediate fork base is an H-shaped steel arranged to open up and down, the tip fork base is a groove-shaped steel arranged to open downward, and the base of the fixed fork is opened upward. In the space formed by the upper opening of the H-shaped steel of the intermediate fork and the lower opening of the grooved steel of the tip fork and the lower side of the H-shaped steel of the intermediate fork The upper and lower linear guides are preferably disposed in a space formed by the opening and the upper opening of the fixed fork groove steel.
According to the slide fork device according to the present invention, the slide fork device has two or more movable forks that slide relative to the fixed fork. A drive pinion, a drive sprocket or a drive pulley which is attached to a rack, chain or toothed belt extending in the longitudinal direction of the fork, or driven by a rotary drive device attached to the fixed fork. Alternatively, since it includes a drive device for engaging a drive chain or drive belt installed between the front and rear sprockets or pulleys, it is attached to the tip fork on a drive pinion or the like driven by a rotary drive device attached to a fixed fork. The rack is directly engaged, via the drive pinion and the rack, etc. The tip fork is directly driven by the rotary drive Te, even when the case is heavy or stretching stroke object to be conveyed is large, it is possible to perform the stretching operation of the distal end forks smoothly. In addition, since the configuration can be simplified, the reliability can be improved and the cost can be reduced.
Further, the drive device is configured to mesh the drive pinion, the drive sprocket, or the drive pulley with the rack, chain, or toothed belt attached to the tip fork, and the fork is also connected to a movable fork other than the tip fork. A rack, chain or toothed belt extending in the longitudinal direction is attached, and the drive pinion, drive sprocket or drive pulley attached coaxially to the drive pinion, drive sprocket or drive pulley is engaged with the rack, chain or toothed belt. When all the movable forks are directly driven by the rotary drive device, the positions of the movable forks other than the tip fork are stabilized in addition to the above effects, and all the movable forks are individually driven pinions, drive sprockets or drive pulleys. And racks, chains or toothed bells For being driven directly via, it can be further smoothly perform the expansion and contraction of the tip fork.
A slide fork device having a fixed fork, an intermediate fork supported to be slidable in the longitudinal direction with respect to the fixed fork, and a tip fork supported to be slidable in the longitudinal direction with respect to the intermediate fork; Linear guide rails extending in the longitudinal direction of the fork are fixed to the upper and lower surfaces of the horizontal plate-like portion of the intermediate fork base in plan view, respectively, and the upper surface of the base of the fixed fork and the base of the tip fork A plurality of slide units spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the fork are fixed to the lower surface of the fork, the slide unit of the tip fork is engaged with the upper rail of the intermediate fork, and the lower rail of the intermediate fork is When the slide unit of the fixed fork is engaged, in addition to the above effect, the intermediate fork Since the upper and lower rails are fixed in the longitudinal direction of the upper and lower surfaces of the horizontal plate-like portion of the base body so that they overlap in a plan view, the horizontal plate-like portion of the intermediate fork base member is sandwiched between the upper and lower rails. Is firmly connected and fixed, and the section modulus of the intermediate fork is increased and the rigidity is increased, so even if the weight of the conveyed object is particularly heavy or the expansion / contraction stroke is particularly large, the deflection is suppressed. The tip fork can be extended and contracted smoothly. In addition, the cost can be further reduced by a simple configuration in which linear guides are arranged above and below the intermediate fork.
Furthermore, the intermediate fork base is an H-shaped steel arranged so as to open up and down, the tip fork base is a groove-shaped steel arranged so as to open downward, and the base of the fixed fork is placed on the upper side. A groove-shaped steel arranged so as to open, and in the space formed by the upper opening of the H-shaped steel of the intermediate fork and the lower opening of the groove-shaped steel of the tip fork and below the H-shaped steel of the intermediate fork If the upper and lower linear guides are arranged in a space formed by the side opening and the upper opening of the fixed fork groove steel, in addition to the above effects, a slide guide mechanism (upper and lower The linear guide) can be reduced in weight and size. In addition, the configuration is greatly simplified and the base of each fork is formed of a standard material, so that the cost can be greatly reduced.

However, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings, and includes all the embodiments that satisfy the requirements described in the claims. It is a waste. In this specification, one direction (see arrow F in the figure) in which each fork extends is defined as the front, the left and right are defined as the left and right toward the front, and the view from the left is defined as the front view.

FIG. 1 is a plan view, and FIG. 2 is a state in which a movable fork (intermediate fork and tip fork) is extended. FIG. 3 is a longitudinal front view of the left fork when the movable fork (intermediate fork and tip fork) is contracted, and FIG. 4 is a longitudinal rear view of the left fork. 2A and 3A show the configuration of the rack, pinion, and stopper, and FIGS. 2B and 3B show the configuration of the slide guide mechanism (upper and lower linear guides). .
In the figure, a slide fork device 1 includes a
First, the slide support structure of the
As shown in FIG. 4, the base of the left fixed

The

Next, the configuration of the drive device that drives the

Note that the configuration of the drive device for driving the
