Abstract
【解決手段】プローブ(10)は、複数の異なるモード、例えば種々のフィルタモードおよびターンオフモードで作動可能な内部回路を有している。プローブのスイッチは、該スイッチの作動に応じてモードを予め設定すべく配列されたコントローラに入力を送る。該スイッチは、プランジャ(34)の形態のアクチュエータによってプローブの外部から作動される押しボタン(32)でもよい。プローブは、座に搭載され、偏向され得るワークピース接触用スタイラス(11)を有している。該スタイラスと該座とがスイッチを備えてもよい。表示器、例えばLED(44)は、コントローラからの出力に応じてモードを表示する。コントローラは、異なるモードの複数の表示を順番に出力し、そして、所望のモードが表示されたとき、スイッチを作動させることによりモードが選択される。

Description
かかるプローブは、ここ数年、より複雑になっているので、それらが異なるモードで作動するのが必要であった。
好ましくは、スイッチはプローブの内部に搭載されるが、プローブの外部からアクセス可能なアクチュエータによって作動される。
下記のテーブルは、押しボタンスイッチ32を用いることによって予め設定され得る種々のモードを示している。
Claims (10)
- 複数の異なるモードで作動可能な内部回路と、スイッチと、該スイッチからの入力を受けるべく接続され、該スイッチの作動に応じてモードを設定すべく配列されたコントローラと、該コントローラからの出力に応じてモードを表示する表示器とを有する位置測定装置用のプローブシステムであって、
該コントローラは、異なるモードの複数の表示を出力し、且つ、スイッチの作動のときにモードを選択すべく配列されており、
前記スイッチはプローブの内部に搭載され、プローブの外部からアクセス可能なアクチュエータによって作動されることを特徴とするプローブシステム。 - スイッチは、押しボタンスイッチからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプローブシステム。
- 表示器は、少なくとも1つの発光ダイオードを備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のプローブシステム。
- 現モードの表示は、ある時間より少ない期間スイッチを作動させることにより得られることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のプローブシステム。
- スイッチが、ある時間より大きい期間作動されたなら、コントローラはモード設定ループに入ることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のプローブシステム。
- 個々のモードは、複数の異なる副モードを含み得ることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載のプローブシステム。
- コントローラは、プローブにバッテリを挿入することにより起動されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載のプローブシステム。
- 位置測定装置用のプローブであって、
ハウジングと、
偏向され得るワークピース接触用スタイラスと、
複数の異なるモードで作動可能な内部回路と、を備え、
スイッチが、異なるモード間での変更を行うべくプローブのハウジングの内部に搭載され、スイッチが、プローブの外部から作動可能であることを特徴とするプローブ。 - プローブの外部からアクセス可能なアクチュエータを備え、前記スイッチはアクチュエータによって作動され得ることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のプローブ。
- アクチュエータはプランジャからなることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のプローブ。
