Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a furnace body water cooling structure of a flash smelting furnace, and more specifically, a flash smelting furnace for efficiently cooling a triangular ceiling portion of a setter located near a shaft of a flash smelting furnace used for copper smelting or the like. It relates to a furnace water cooling structure.
In copper smelting, concentrate is blown simultaneously with oxygen-enriched air or high-temperature hot air in a flash furnace to cause a chemical reaction instantaneously, copper is recovered as a mat due to the difference in specific gravity, and further refined by electrolytic smelting Electro-copper is being manufactured. Since the internal refractory is worn by heat in a flash furnace exposed to high heat, it is appropriately cooled to protect the furnace body, and the refractory is replaced or repaired every predetermined period.
As a structure for cooling the furnace body of the flash smelting furnace, there is known a stave jacket in which irregularities are formed on the side facing the furnace of a cast iron body cast with a steel pipe through which cooling water flows (Patent Document 1). Japanese Examined Patent Publication No. 63-19793)), the cooling structure of the connecting part between the shaft and the setler in the copper smelting flash smelting furnace is formed with several water-cooled copper tubes at the bottom of the shaft and several The mainstream method is to form a flare shape (petticoat) that is gradually expanded while being bent from the upper side to the lower side by stacking, and connecting it to the setter portion. Similarly, the cooling structure of the connecting portion between the setter and the uptake is mainly formed by a plurality of water-cooled copper tubes to form a bowl shape for cooling.
And as a water-cooling jacket which cools such a furnace wall, copper is mainly used (patent document 2 (Japanese Patent Publication No. 3-57169)).
On the other hand,
Here, as a recent example of countermeasures against an increase in the thermal load at the lower portion of the shaft and the connecting portion between the shaft and the setler, there is a cooling structure disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-127825 (Patent Document 5). This cooling structure is provided with a water cooling jacket arranged annularly concentrically with the shaft at the lower end of the shaft connected to the setra ceiling, and the entire inner wall of the water cooling jacket and the inner wall of the setra ceiling are castable refractory. The furnace inner side wall is covered so as to be substantially vertical, and is integrally joined to the setter ceiling.
By the way, in recent years, copper smelting in flash smelting furnaces has been increased from about 300,000 tons per year to about 450,000 tons per year. Is gradually shifting to high-load operation to process about twice as much as conventional. In high-load operation, the furnace environment becomes more severe due to the increase in the amount of charge and blast gas in the furnace, the accompanying increase in the amount of generated heat and exhaust gas, and the change in exhaust gas composition. And the heat load on the connecting part of the setter part is increasing.
However, in the conventional cooling structure as described above, there is a possibility that a water leakage trouble or the like may occur due to breakage of the tube due to insufficient cooling capacity when performing a high load operation. Similarly, there is a possibility that troubles such as breakage of the tube may occur at the connecting portion between the setter and the uptake due to insufficient cooling capacity due to an increase in thermal load accompanying high load operation.
Moreover, the structure of the connection part of the shaft and setter shown by
Moreover, since a high-temperature reaction gas collides with a right-angled corner, there is a concern about the heat load applied to the heat-resistant brick disposed at that portion, and it is not easy to cool the corner accurately. Of course, the same problem occurs in the connecting portion between the uptake and the setter.
Therefore, the applicant can demonstrate sufficient cooling performance even in high load operation in the furnace body water cooling structure of the flash smelting furnace at the connecting part between the shaft and the setr and the connecting part between the uptake and the setr. A patent application was filed for the purpose of providing a furnace body water cooling structure of a flash smelting furnace that does not hinder the flow of the shaft reaction gas (Japanese Patent Application No. 2006-97947).
Specifically, it is possible to continue a good shaft reaction while maintaining the flare shape as before, and by movably supporting the water cooling jacket in response to the thermal contraction and thermal expansion of the water cooling jacket, the water cooling jacket And to protect the furnace wall.
The furnace body water cooling structure of the flash smelting furnace for cooling the connecting part between the shaft and the setr and the connecting part between the uptake and the setr invented by the applicant of the present application was able to achieve the intended effect.
However, in high-load operation, the heat load on the triangular ceiling of the setter near the lower part of the shaft has increased more than expected, and the wear of the refractory has been significant, resulting in a life of about two months. In this regard, a triangular ceiling structure of a flash furnace in which stainless steel pipes are embedded in a refractory in a lattice shape has been proposed for the purpose of reducing the frequency of repairs caused by insufficient cooling of the triangular ceiling (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. Hei. 11-189829 gazette (patent document 6)).
However, in high-load operation of flash furnaces, the corrosion of stainless steel pipes by SO2 gas progresses quickly, so that the period of replacement and repair of refractories on the triangular ceiling can be replaced and repaired without reducing the operation efficiency. I could not expect to extend it to a period that would reduce the workload.
Also, if cooling water leaks, there is a risk of steam explosion in a high temperature furnace.
Therefore, the present invention provides an uptake triangular ceiling near the lower part of the shaft, which suppresses the wear of the refractory even in a high load operation and can provide sufficient cooling performance over a long period of time. The purpose is to provide a structure.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention as set forth in
In order to achieve the above object, according to a second aspect of the present invention, in the furnace body water cooling structure of the flash smelting furnace according to the first aspect, the water cooling jacket is divided into one or more at the triangular ceiling portion of the setter. It is characterized by arranging.
In order to achieve the above object, according to a third aspect of the present invention, in the furnace body water cooling structure of the flash smelting furnace according to the second aspect, the triangular ceiling portion of the setter is covered with a water cooling jacket of 1 to 10. It is arranged.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention as set forth in
In order to achieve the above object, according to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the furnace body water cooling structure of the flash smelting furnace according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, the pipe member has a thickness of at least 8-12 mm. It is a copper tubular member having a thickness.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention described in
According to the furnace body water cooling structure of the flash smelting furnace according to the present invention, since the water cooling jacket is suspended and supported so as to be disposed on the triangular ceiling portion, the load on the triangular ceiling portion is reduced while reducing the efficiency. It is possible to cool the upper part of the triangular point and increase the efficiency, and it is possible to maintain the life of the internal refractory in the triangular ceiling part which has been about two months so far for a long period of one year or more. There is. As a result, there has been no decrease in the operation load due to the trouble of the refractory material on the triangular ceiling that has frequently occurred until now, and it has become possible to stably maintain even in high load operation.
Furthermore, according to the furnace body water cooling structure of the flash smelting furnace according to the present invention, since a thick copper pipe is cast in the water cooling jacket, there is no fear of water leakage, and there is a risk of explosion caused by the leaked water cooling water. There is an effect that safety is increased.
Hereinafter, the furnace body water cooling structure of the flash smelting furnace according to the present invention will be described in detail based on a preferred embodiment. FIG. 1 is a side sectional view of a preferred embodiment of a flash smelting furnace having a furnace water cooling structure according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a plan view thereof.

In addition, the portion from directly under the
In addition, since a big heat load and fluctuation | variation are added also to the triangular ceiling part of 2 surfaces adjacent to shaft petticoats other than the triangular ceiling part A, it is preferable to attach the same water cooling jacket.

The cooling water is supplied at a flow rate of 1 to 12 t / h.
A water amount adjusting mechanism is provided in the water supply section of each system so that a necessary amount of water can be supplied to each of the divided jackets.
This is because even in the triangular jacket on the same surface, there is a part with a high heat load.
In addition, a thermometer is installed in each system, the temperature is monitored in real time, and the amount of water can be adjusted according to the temperature change.

As shown in FIG. 9, the water-cooling
With this structure, it is possible to ensure a good flow of the shaft reaction gas and a good shaft reaction while ensuring the flare shape of the connecting portion B, and it is possible to maintain accurate cooling in a high load operation.
