Abstract
【解決手段】高脱水ライムケーキに、適量の水とセメント類又はマグネシウム系固化剤の1種又は2種以上を加えて造粒する造粒工程と、該造粒工程で得られた造粒品に補助剤として紙粉等の植物系セルロースの1種又は2種以上を加えて整粒する整粒工程からなる高脱水ライムケーキの造粒方法

Description
補助剤の効果を確かめるために攪拌造粒装置(北川鉄工所製、ペレガイヤVZ−100E)及び転動造粒装置(北川鉄工所製 スプロアFZ−100)を図1の通り、直列に配置し、造粒試験を実施した。
紙粉の種類により粒子成長抑制としての整粒効果の違い、および包材への付着性について調べるために、トイレットペーパー由来の紙粉と紙袋用の包装紙を裁断したときに発生するバージンパルプ由来の紙粉を使用して試験した。紙の性状は前者で柔らかく、後者で硬く夫々の水分は 30%、 8%である。
Claims (2)
- 高脱水ライムケーキに、適量の水とセメント類又はマグネシウム系固化剤の1種又は2種以上を加えて造粒する造粒工程と、該造粒工程で得られた造粒品に補助剤として植物系セルロースの一種又は二種以上を加えて整粒する整粒工程からなる高脱水ライムケーキの造粒方法。
- 植物系セルロースとは植物由来のセルロース、へミセルロースの含有物であって、紙の製造および整形時の裁断やシュレッター処理時に発生する紙粉および副産物由来で粉末化したビートパルプ、綿、ふすま等の糠、籾殻、藁、おがくず等である請求項1記載の方法。
