Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、複数の弾性波フィルタ12および14が縦続接続され、複数の弾性波フィルタのうち入力段が第1多重モードフィルタ12である第1弾性波フィルタ10と、複数の弾性波フィルタ22および14が縦続接続され、入力段が第1多重モードフィルタ12とは異なる開口長を有する第2多重モードフィルタ22であり、第1弾性波フィルタ12と同じ不平衡信号が入力し第1弾性波フィルタ10とは通過帯域が重ならない第2弾性波フィルタ20と、を具備するフィルタである。

Claims (9)
- 複数の弾性波フィルタが縦続接続され、前記複数の弾性波フィルタのうち入力段が第1多重モードフィルタである第1弾性波フィルタと、
複数の弾性波フィルタが縦続接続され、入力段が前記第1多重モードフィルタとは異なる開口長を有する第2多重モードフィルタであり、前記第1弾性波フィルタと同じ不平衡信号が入力し前記第1弾性波フィルタとは通過帯域が重ならない第2弾性波フィルタと、を具備することを特徴とするフィルタ。 - 前記第1弾性波フィルタおよび前記第2弾性波フィルタの少なくとも一方は平衡出力であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のフィルタ。
- 前記平衡出力の2つの出力信号は位相が180°異なることを特徴とする請求項2記載のフィルタ。
- 前記第1弾性波フィルタの入力と前記第2弾性波フィルタの入力とが接続されたノードを具備することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項記載のフィルタ。
- 前記ノードと前記不平衡信号が入力する共通端子との間に整合回路を具備する請求項4記載のフィルタ。
- 前記整合回路は前記ノードとグランドとの間に接続されたインダクタであることを特徴とする請求項5記載のフィルタ。
- 前記第1弾性波フィルタと前記第2弾性波フィルタとを実装するパッケージを具備し、
前記第1弾性波フィルタの入力と前記第2弾性波フィルタの入力とを接続する配線は、前記パッケージに形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4から6のいずれか一項記載のフィルタ。 - 前記第1弾性波フィルタと前記第2弾性波フィルタとは同一圧電基板上に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項記載のフィルタ。
- 前記第1弾性波フィルタと前記第2弾性波フィルタとを実装するパッケージを具備し、
前記第1弾性波フィルタおよび前記第2弾性波フィルタの少なくとも一方が形成された圧電基板は、前記パッケージにフリップチップ実装されていることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項記載のフィルタ。
