Abstract
【解決手段】 浸透剤を0.01重量%〜1重量%含む水溶液、又は浸透剤を0.01重量%〜1重量%及び湿潤剤を0.1重量%〜10重量%含む水溶液中に、厚さ0.01mm〜3mmの一枚の木製シートの少なくとも一方の面に木製シートとは異なる材質のシート部材を貼り合わせた貼り合わせシートを浸漬する浸漬工程101と、浸漬工程で処理された貼り合わせシートをプレス加熱成形により振動板としての所定形状に成形する一次プレス加熱成形工程102とを含むことを特徴とする電気音響変換器用振動板の製造方法。

Description
図8は、上記第1〜第6実施形態に係る電気音響変換器用振動板を用いたスピーカの断面図である。
このスピーカ700では、上記の第1乃至第6の実施形態のいずれかの製造方法により作製されたラッパ形状のスピーカ用振動板701の外周部に所定の形状のゴムエッジ702を全周にわたって接着し、スピーカ用振動板701の中心孔に所定の形状のボイスコイル703のボビン(予め所定のダンパー704が接着されている)を挿入接着してある。
図9(a)は、第7及び第8実施例に係る振動板をイヤホーンまたはヘッドホーン用に適用する場合の一例を示す断面図である。

Claims (5)
- 浸透剤を0.01重量%〜1重量%含む水溶液、又は浸透剤を0.01重量%〜1重量%及び湿潤剤を0.1重量%〜20重量%含む水溶液中に、厚さ0.01mm〜3mmの一枚の木製シートの少なくとも一方の面に前記木製シートとは異なる材質のシート部材を貼り合わせた貼り合わせシートを浸漬する浸漬工程と、
前記浸漬工程で処理された前記貼り合わせシートを、プレス加熱成形により振動板としての所定形状に成形する一次プレス加熱成形工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする電気音響変換器用振動板の製造方法。 - 浸透剤を0.01重量%〜1重量%含む水溶液、又は浸透剤を0.01重量%〜1重量%及び湿潤剤を0.1重量%〜10重量%含む水溶液中に、厚さ0.01mm〜1mmの一枚の木製シートの少なくとも一方の面に前記木製シートとは異なる材質のシート部材を貼り合わせた貼り合わせシートを浸漬する浸漬工程と、
前記浸漬工程で処理された前記貼り合わせシートを、プレス加熱成形により、振動板としての所定形状に成形する一次プレス加熱成形工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする電気音響変換器用振動板の製造方法。 - 前記一次プレス加熱成形工程で得られた成型物に熱硬化性樹脂を含浸させる熱硬化性樹脂含浸工程と、
この熱硬化性樹脂含浸工程で処理された成形物に対して更にプレス加熱成形を行う二次プレス加熱成形工程と
を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の電気音響変換器用振動板の製造方法。 - 前記木製シートとは異なる材質のシート部材として不織布または紙のシート部材を用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電気音響変換器用振動板の製造方法。
- 前記木製シートとは異なる材質のシート部材として織物のシート部材を用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電気音響変換器用振動板の製造方法。
