Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、分離可能な要素40、50によって、支持体100に回転可能に取り付けられたシャフト201と一体のピニオン20に関し、分離可能な要素40、50は、ピニオン20とシャフト201との間でオーバカップルが生じた場合に、ピニオン20をシャフト201から切り離すように構成される。ピニオン20とシャフト201との間で保留状態にある案内軸受80、90が、ピニオン20がシャフト201から切り離された場合に、ピニオン20をシャフト201のまわりで回転可能に案内するように構成される。ターボ機械で、このような歯車を備える歯車箱が、歯車箱のシャフトの破損の場合に、補助機械の駆動を可能にする。

Claims (8)
- 分離可能な要素(40、50)によって、支持体(100)に回転可能に取り付けられたシャフト(201)と一体のピニオン(20)を備える歯車であって、分離可能な要素(40、50)が、ピニオン(20)とシャフト(201)との間でオーバカップルが生じた場合に、ピニオン(20)をシャフト(201)から切り離すように構成され、ピニオン(20)とシャフト(201)との間で保留状態にある案内軸受(80、90)が、ピニオン(20)がシャフト(201)から切り離された場合に、ピニオン(20)をシャフト(201)のまわりで回転可能に案内するように構成されることを特徴とする、歯車。
- 前記分離可能な要素(40、50)が、ピニオン(20)とシャフト(201)との間に取り外し可能に取り付けられる、請求項1に記載の歯車。
- 分離可能な要素(40、50)が、ピニオン(20)とシャフト(201)との間でフーピングされた少なくとも1つのディスク(40、50)で形成され、ディスク(40、50)が、複数の分離可能な径方向アーム(43、53)を備える、請求項1または2に記載の歯車。
- 案内軸受(80、90)が、ローラ軸受(80)、ボール軸受(90)、およびリング軸受から形成される群に属する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の歯車。
- 案内軸受(80、90)が、NUPタイプのローラ軸受である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の歯車。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つの歯車を有する、複数の歯車を備える、歯車箱。
- ターボ機械の補助機械を駆動する、請求項6に記載の歯車箱。
- 請求項7に記載の補助機械の歯車箱を備える、ターボ機械。
