Abstract

Claims (4)
- 基材と、前記基材上の順応抵抗層と、を有する転写部材であって、
前記順応抵抗層は、フルオロエラストマと、複数のカーボンナノチューブと、を有する転写部材。 - 前記基材は、ポリイミドを有し、
前記順応抵抗層は、フルオロポリマと硬化剤との反応生成物を有し、
前記フルオロポリマは、フッ化ビニリデン、ヘキサフルオロプロピレン、テトラフルオロエチレン、およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択されるモノマ反復単位を有し、
前記硬化剤は、フェノール、アミン、オレフィン、およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、少なくとも2つの架橋官能基を有する、請求項1に記載の転写部材。 - 前記順応抵抗層内のカーボンナノチューブは、約0.001重量%から約2重量%までの濃度であり、
前記順応抵抗層は、107オームセンチメートルから1013オームセンチメートルまでの範囲の電気固有抵抗を有し、
前記順応抵抗層は約1ミルから約6ミルまでの厚さを有する、請求項2に記載の転写部材。 - 前記フルオロエラストマの複合体コーティングの上に、トナー剥離層を更に含み、
前記トナー剥離層はシリコンを有する、請求項1に記載の転写部材。
