Abstract
【解決手段】方形の素子と、この素子を電解液と共に収容した一対の方形の金属ケース4a、4bと、この一対の金属ケース4a、4b間に配設されたガスケット5と、上記金属ケース4a、4bに接合された正負一対の端子板6、7からなり、この端子板6、7に設けた段差部6a、7aが外表面に露呈する状態で蓄電セル1を外装樹脂8で方形に被覆し、上記段差部6a、7aを外装樹脂8に沿って折り曲げることによって実装面に正負一対の端子を配設した構成により、実装面積のロスを低減し、小型大容量化を実現することができる。

以下、実施の形態を用いて、本発明の特に全請求項に記載の発明について説明する。

Claims (3)
- 方形に形成された正負一対の電極が同じく方形に形成された絶縁性のセパレータを介して対面するように配置された方形の素子と、この素子を駆動用電解液と共に収容するように上下に対向して配設された一対の方形の金属ケースと、この一対の金属ケース間に配設されて封止を行う方形の絶縁性のガスケットと、上記一対の金属ケースに夫々接合された正負一対の端子板からなる蓄電セルにおいて、上記正負一対の端子板の金属ケースとの接合部以外を金属ケースから離れる方向に階段状に折り曲げて段差部を設けると共に、この段差部が外表面に露呈する状態で上記蓄電セルを絶縁性の外装樹脂で方形に被覆し、かつ、この外装樹脂から表出した段差部を外装樹脂の周面に沿って折り曲げることにより、実装面となる底面部に正負一対の端子が夫々配設されるようにした面実装用方形蓄電セル。
- 金属ケースの開口端に絶縁性のガスケットを一体成形し、このガスケットどうしを結合して封止するようにした請求項1に記載の面実装用方形蓄電セル。
- 外装樹脂に金属ケースならびに正負一対の端子板の一部が夫々露呈する複数の穴を設けた請求項1に記載の面実装用方形蓄電セル。
