Abstract
【解決手段】気流整流装置23は、二つの同じ回転方向のファン21、22の間に連結され、且つ本体231及び複数の整流片232を含む。整流片232は本体231に連結され、各整流片と上流ファン21の静翼213とが対応することにより、完全な導流部材が形成される。また、気流整流装置23を有する直列式ファン2も一緒に提供する。

Description
気流が直列式ファン2中にあるときの作動状況は、図6を参照すると、そのブレードの回転方向Rは図に示す通りである。直列式ファン2の組み合わせ後は、各整流片232はファン21の静翼213と対応し導流部材を形成する。この場合の整流片232の数と静翼213の数は同じである。本実施形態において、ファン21の静翼213の構造は一つの三日月形と見なすことができ、整流片232はもう一つの三日月形と見なすことができ、静翼213と整流片232が結合された後は、導流部材の導流が形成される。注意すべきことは、上述に対応し形成される導流部材は、単に例をあげて説明をしただけで、本発明を制限するものではなく、且つ整流片232は静翼213の数及び形状も同じでなくてよい。このほかに、整流片232の形状構造は徐々にすぼまる(図が示す通り)、等しい幅で延伸する或いは徐々に拡がるというものであってもよい。

Claims (10)
- 二つの同じ回転方向の直列式ファンの間に連結される気流整流装置であって、
本体、及び
前記本体と連結され、それぞれが前記直列式ファンの上流ファンの静翼と対応して導流部材を形成する複数の整流片を含む気流整流装置。 - 前記整流片の折り曲げの方向は前記上流ファンの回転方向と相反する請求項1に記載の気流整流装置。
- 前記整流片は対称に設置或いは非対称に設置される請求項1に記載の気流整流装置。
- 前記直列式ファンは軸流式ファンである請求項1に記載の気流整流装置。
- 前記本体は前記直列式ファンのフレームと連結され、連結の方式は係合、ネジ止め、嵌め合い或いは粘着である請求項1に記載の気流整流装置。
- 同じ回転方向に直列に設置される二つのファン、及び
前記ファンの間に連結され、本体及び複数の整流片を有し、前記整流片は前記本体に連結され、各前記整流片と前記ファンにおいて上部のファンである上流ファンの静翼とが対応して導流部材を形成する気流整流装置を含む直列式ファン。 - 前記整流片の折り曲げの方向は前記上流ファンの回転方向と相反する請求項6に記載の直列式ファン。
- 前記整流片は対称に設置或いは非対称に設置される請求項6に記載の直列式ファン。
- 前記ファンは軸流式ファンである請求項6に記載の直列式ファン。
- 前記本体は前記ファンのフレームと連結され、連結の方式は係合、ネジ止め、嵌め合い或いは粘着である請求項6に記載の直列式ファン。
