Abstract
【解決手段】ハイブリッド自動車20では、変速機60によりモータMG1およびMG2の双方が駆動軸67に連結される2モータ走行モードのもとでの走行に際し、ステップS110にて設定された要求トルクTr*に基づいて、モータMG1の損失とモータMG2の損失との合計が最小となると共に駆動軸67に要求トルクTr*に基づく動力が出力されるようにモータMG1およびMG2に対するトルク指令Tm1*およびTm2*が設定される(ステップS130〜S150)。

Description
動力を入出力可能な第1電動機と、
動力を入出力可能な第2電動機と、
前記第1および第2電動機のそれぞれと電力をやり取り可能な蓄電手段と、
前記第1電動機の回転軸と前記第2電動機の回転軸との何れか一方または双方を前記駆動軸に選択的に連結可能であると共に、前記第1電動機からの動力と前記第2電動機からの動力とをそれぞれ所定の変速比で前記駆動軸に伝達することができる変速伝達手段と、
前記駆動軸に要求される動力である要求動力を設定する要求動力設定手段と、
前記変速伝達手段により前記第1および第2電動機の双方が前記駆動軸に連結された状態で、前記第1電動機の発熱と前記第2電動機の発熱とが同程度になると共に前記設定された要求動力に基づく動力が前記駆動軸に出力されるように前記第1および第2電動機を制御する制御手段と、
を備えるものである。
(a)前記変速伝達手段により前記第1および第2電動機の双方を前記駆動軸に連結し、
(b)前記第1電動機の発熱と前記第2電動機の発熱とが同程度になると共に前記駆動軸に要求される要求動力に基づく動力が該駆動軸に出力されるように前記第1および第2電動機を制御する、ものである。
Claims (6)
- 駆動軸に動力を出力する動力出力装置であって、
動力を入出力可能な第1電動機と、
動力を入出力可能な第2電動機と、
前記第1および第2電動機のそれぞれと電力をやり取り可能な蓄電手段と、
前記第1電動機の回転軸と前記第2電動機の回転軸との何れか一方または双方を前記駆動軸に選択的に連結可能であると共に、前記第1電動機からの動力と前記第2電動機からの動力とをそれぞれ所定の変速比で前記駆動軸に伝達することができる変速伝達手段と、
前記駆動軸に要求される動力である要求動力を設定する要求動力設定手段と、
前記変速伝達手段により前記第1および第2電動機の双方が前記駆動軸に連結された状態で、前記第1電動機の発熱と前記第2電動機の発熱とが同程度になると共に前記設定された要求動力に基づく動力が前記駆動軸に出力されるように前記第1および第2電動機を制御する制御手段と、
を備える動力出力装置。 - 前記制御手段は、前記設定された要求動力に基づいて前記第1電動機の損失と前記第2電動機の損失との合計が最小となるように前記第1および第2電動機に出力させる目標動力を設定する請求項1に記載の動力出力装置。
- 請求項1または2に記載の動力出力装置において、
内燃機関と、
前記第1電動機の回転軸に接続される第1要素と前記第2電動機の回転軸に接続される第2要素と前記内燃機関の機関軸に接続される第3要素とを有すると共にこれら3つの要素が互いに差動回転できるように構成された動力分配統合機構と、
前記第1電動機と前記第1要素との接続、前記第2電動機と前記第2要素との接続および前記内燃機関と前記第3要素との接続の何れかである駆動源要素接続と該駆動源要素接続の解除とを実行可能な接続断接手段とを更に備え、
前記変速伝達手段により前記第1および第2電動機の双方が前記駆動軸に連結されるときには、前記接続断接手段による前記駆動源要素接続が解除されると共に前記内燃機関が停止される動力出力装置。 - 請求項1から3の何れかに記載の動力出力装置を備え、前記駆動軸からの動力により駆動される駆動輪を含む自動車。
- 駆動軸と、それぞれ動力を入出力可能な第1電動機および第2電動機と、前記第1および第2電動機のそれぞれと電力をやり取り可能な蓄電手段と、前記第1電動機の回転軸と前記第2電動機の回転軸との何れか一方または双方を前記駆動軸に選択的に連結可能であると共に、前記第1電動機からの動力と前記第2電動機からの動力とをそれぞれ所定の変速比で前記駆動軸に伝達することができる変速伝達手段とを備える動力出力装置の制御方法であって、
(a)前記変速伝達手段により前記第1および第2電動機の双方を前記駆動軸に連結し、(b)前記第1電動機の発熱と前記第2電動機の発熱とが同程度になると共に前記駆動軸に要求される要求動力に基づく動力が該駆動軸に出力されるように前記第1および第2電動機を制御する、
動力出力装置の制御方法。 - 請求項5に記載の動力出力装置の制御方法において、
前記動力出力装置は、
内燃機関と、
前記第1電動機の回転軸に接続される第1要素と前記第2電動機の回転軸に接続される第2要素と前記内燃機関の機関軸に接続される第3要素とを有すると共にこれら3つの要素が互いに差動回転できるように構成された動力分配統合機構と、
前記第1電動機と前記第1要素との接続、前記第2電動機と前記第2要素との接続および前記内燃機関と前記第3要素との接続の何れかである駆動源要素接続と該駆動源要素接続の解除とを実行可能な接続断接手段とを更に備え、
前記ステップ(a)では、前記接続断接手段による前記駆動源要素接続を解除すると共に前記内燃機関を停止させる、
