Abstract
【解決手段】 患者Hの足底圧を検出する感覚検出ユニット11と、患者Hに対して所定の刺激を付与する感覚呈示ユニット13と、感覚検出ユニット11により検出された足底圧に対応した刺激が付与されるように感覚呈示ユニット13の動作を制御する制御ユニット15とを備えて歩行リハビリ支援装置10が構成されている。感覚検出ユニット11は、麻痺側の足底圧を検出可能に配置され、感覚呈示ユニット15は、足底よりも感覚が良好となる体表部分に装着される。

前記患者の足底圧を検出する感覚検出ユニットと、前記患者に対して所定の刺激を付与する感覚呈示ユニットと、前記感覚検出ユニットにより検出された足底圧に対応した刺激が付与されるように前記感覚呈示ユニットの動作を制御する制御ユニットとを備え、
前記感覚検出ユニットは、麻痺側の足底圧を検出可能に配置され、前記感覚呈示ユニットは、前記足底よりも感覚が良好となる体表部分に装着される、という構成を採っている。
前記感覚呈示ユニットは、前記使用者が触圧覚、振動覚及び/又は動き覚を受けるように皮膚を刺激する刺激付与装置を備え、当該刺激付与装置は、前記複数領域に対応して設けられた複数の押圧体を含み、当該押圧体は、対応する領域の足底圧の大きさに応じた強さで皮膚を刺激する、という構成を採ることが好ましい。
また、基本的な感覚の学習を行えば、理学療法士の付き添いがなくても、足底よりも感覚の良好な体表部分で受けた体性感覚情報に基づき、麻痺側の肢体の正しい動作を得る訓練を患者のみで行うことができる。従って、患者個人の自立リハビリテーションが十分に可能になり、理学療法士の付き添いによる訓練時間に制約が課されることなく、リハビリテーションに非常に有用となる。
ここで、本発明に係る歩行リハビリテーション装置を装着した片麻痺患者は、麻痺側の足底の感覚が足底よりも感覚の良好な体表部分で得られることから、片麻痺患者特有の内反接地や外反接地が改善された安定歩行のための運動イメージを取得し易くなるとともに、歩行を安定化させるための自らの体姿勢や運動パターンを調整し易くなり、転倒への恐怖心を早期に緩和できる効果が期待できる。
また、麻痺側の足底の触覚が、当該足底よりも感覚の良好な体表部分にフィードバックされるため、認知運動療法で最も本質的とされる知覚と運動の組織化を飛躍的に促進させるという効果もある。

- 使用者の第1の体表部分の体性感覚情報を検出する感覚検出手段と、前記第1の体表部分若しくは当該第1の体表部分と異なる使用者の第2の体表部分に対し、前記感覚検出手段で検出された体性感覚情報に対応した体性感覚情報を呈示する感覚呈示手段とを備えたことを特徴とする感覚検出呈示装置。
- 前記感覚呈示手段は、前記使用者が触圧覚、振動覚及び/又は動き覚を受けるように皮膚を機械的に刺激する刺激付与装置を備え、当該刺激付与装置は、前記感覚検出手段で検出された体性感覚の大きさに応じた強さで、前記皮膚を刺激することを特徴とする請求項1記載の感覚検出呈示装置。

- 前記感覚検出ユニットは、前記患者の麻痺側及び非麻痺側の足底圧を検出可能に配置され、前記制御ユニットは、前記麻痺側の足底圧に対応した刺激と前記非麻痺側の足底圧に対応した刺激とを切り替えて前記体表部分に付与するように、前記感覚呈示ユニットの動作を制御することを特徴とする請求項3記載の歩行リハビリ支援装置。
- 前記感覚検出ユニットは、足底が載るソールと、このソール内の複数領域毎に患者Hの足底圧を検出する圧力センサとを備え、当該圧力センサは、前記複数領域の各足底圧をそれぞれ検出可能に配置され、
前記感覚呈示ユニットは、前記使用者が触圧覚、振動覚及び/又は動き覚を受けるように皮膚を刺激する刺激付与装置を備え、当該刺激付与装置は、前記複数領域に対応して設けられた複数の押圧体を含み、当該押圧体は、対応する領域の足底圧の大きさに応じた強さで皮膚を刺激することを特徴とする請求項3、4又は5記載の歩行リハビリ支援装置。
